I love this place. The coffee is delicious, and she makes it really hot. I never have to ask for it to be extra hot. I don't know what others are complaining about. If you want touchy feely service and coffee that tastes like melted ice cream, then go to Ducth Bros. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was trying to get my morning coffee & the lady was yelling at another car and it was the most unprofessional, uncomfortable experience getting a cup of coffee. The old lady had a rude demeanor and my coffee wasn’t even good! Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wow what a sad experience. We had to knock on the window to get service. Lady was intentionally rude and even proceeded to say. "seriously" as she shut the window. How has this place started open so long? Coffee is not great, I'll stick to across the street at the bakery for coffee. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

the girl working Sunday the 23 at 3:45pm doesnt know how to make coffee or needs trained better. I ordered 1 large Carmel white mocha and 1 large chia breve. she made the coffee with so much foam that we only got about 6 oz of coffee in our 24 oz cups and they were disgusting. I've never had such a horrible experience. She also talks so quietly you can not hear her. I normally don't complain but I just spent 10 dollars on nothing.

We’re staying in Carlton for a few days and we’re so glad we found Common Grounds. The latte and brewed coffee we had were delicious as well as the toasted bagel. The young man working there was super friendly and helpful. We will be back. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The owner was exceptionally and obviously racist to my face while purchasing coffee. I was standing there quietly with my friend group and out of left field she says “they obviously hire anyone these days.” I was both hurt and upset. Definitely will not be returning.

1st time here. The barista was extremely friendly which we enjoyed. The breakfast sandwiches were very good, coffee was good, not great. Would go back and try it again though Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I roll through every once in a while when I don’t feel like making coffee at home, and I’ve never been disappointed! My coffee is always made well, and the owner is very polite and personable. She remembered previous conversations we had had, even though I hadn’t been by in nearly a year. Most definitely worth giving your business too!

I've been coming her for just over a year now. The coffee is excellent, especially considering I don't drink much coffee and I'm extremely picky. I come for the flavored Red Bull....which is awesome by the way. Not too sweet, she doesn't use cheap nasty syrup. The girls are happy to see you and are always up for a quick chat if your in the mood. Just like Cheers it's nice to go where everyone knows your name 😊
