I ordered a birthday cake through Uber Eats for an instant delivery. Price was reasonable and they provided a complimentary service to write "Happy Birthday" on top of the cake, which was lovely. The cake came in a neatly wrapped box and tasted very good! I'm a happy customer 😊

Continental is a great Italian bakery. Love the Italian rum birthday cake. Cannoli, lobster tails, baba rum, all delicious and reasonable prices. Crazy what people will pay just a couple miles down the road in the north end when they could come here and feed an army for what they pay at the more well known Boston bakeries. Ignore the idiot who complained about deposits on orders. He’s the type who would probably stiff them.

Hi,
We ordered a Mickey Mouse birthday cake last week , the design was ok, but the inside was horrible, no taste , tooo dry , using frozen strawberries not fresh one with ice still on it, with just 2 giant layers inside separated with strawberries that fell apart immediately when we cut it, sound you guys used just the ready cake mix vanilla and chocolate, never see cake like that .
the cookies were very very hard to eat for the kids.
Very disappointed, very bad experience.

My daughter asked for her birthday to be Wonder Woman themed 2 days before her birthday party. I called another bakery asking if they could make a Wonder Woman cake for 35 people by tomorrow (I know this is an unrealistic ask). Like expected, they thought I was nuts. I called Continental and it was no problem at all. Costumer service was great, cake looked and tasted great and everything went smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend!

First time I’ve been to this bakery I ordered a Tres leches 1/4 sheet with Bavarian cream, peaches and strawberries in the middle and coconut on the outside I was a bit skeptical 🤨 when I picked it up because of the tin on the bottom of the cake 🎂 but it was a hit the cake was delicious 🤤 everyone loved 🥰 the cake. Amazing Cake and wonderful customer service !!!!!!!

I’ve never had a better chocolate cake for a birthday! I went in to order a cake last minute for a kids birthday. The baker wasn’t in BUT they had pre-made selections. The cashier was very friendly. We’re a picky family but this chocolate cake won over even the pickiest guests! I was sad that there was no cake left over for the first time! Loved it, we can’t wait to order another.

Their desserts are excellent. But their new policy of putting a downpayment on an order (either by credit card over the phone or driving over to pay half before getting the dessert) is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Are the desserts made with gold?! We've been going to Continental Bakery for years but will no longer go there because this new policy is incredibly ridiculous. You will lose business because of this Continental.

Excellent customer service and great cupcakes!
Wanted to send a surprise Halloween cupcake delivery. I'm on the west coast so had no idea who could do this but spoke with Gabby, who made it happen. When my daughter said 'who made those cupcakes? they were really good', I knew this bakery was a winner because she usually never comments on the actual food.
