12/20/23. Stopped in to compare food prices and to find some snakes! I found great prices compared to the US. The price of ox tails are the best! I enjoyed the fried pork and chicken. And I found a nice vase to represent my Portugal visit! Enjoy

Nice shopping mall and food court nearby vila gale nautico algarve boulevard. Ride with car (bolt) 15 minutes.

Ordered online delivery for 29th December 2023. Order did not arrive (delivery driver said he could not find our house). Driver said he tried to phone....no missed calls here. Got e-mail to say we need to pick Order up at store. My wife went to the store on 30th December at 10.30 am. Very helpful lady at customer services phoned the online people who said they could not find our order, despite being given the purchase code. They offered to do a new order and deliver it next day (New Years eve).....which was pointless if they say they couldn't find our home. My wife had no alternative but to cancel the order, but has not been offered a refund. We do not believe they had even made the order up, never mind tried to deliver it. Very, very poor service. No service in fact ! Would strongly advise Continente customers not to use their online service. Disgraceful !

Very festive and busy, plenty of new lines but on the down side I purchased a Bottle of Bacardi that was on offer but on reaching home 65km away from the store, checking the receipt I was charged the full price

Continente is one of few mostly spread hypermarket chain in Portugal. The one in Algarve Shopping is enormous. I can't name any item you can't find in it. Also range of toiletries and interior items is impressive. Also it offers a range of eco and local goods.
