The custom gender reveal cookies I ordered exceeded my expectations in taste! They were soft, flavorful and had the perfect amount of icing. Although they don't use royal icing, Cookies by Design perfectly executed the design I provided to them. I especially loved the individual packaging for each cookie, it was a great addition to our sweets table. Customer service was great as well. They responded to emails promptly and were pleasant to speak to over the phone. I'd definitely recommend Cookies by Design for any special occasions or events.

Mark made these incredible stampin up cookies for my friends celebration in St George. You ring a doorbell to get in. Don't worry he is just in the back room.

Ordered a big bouquet for my Mom during her stay in Vegas, I live in Texas and didn’t know what to do. It was so beautiful and over the top! She loved it!!!!!

We had a large conference in Vegas and needed 225 custom cookies made to represent our brand in a fun way. The team at Cookies By Design Las Vegas were quick to respond, fairly priced and accommodating. The cookies were a huge hit at the show and not only looked great, but tasted amazing! Thank you!

Customer service has become such a rarity and Cookies By Design delivered time and time again. From answering general questions, informing me of holiday discounts, and fulfilling a custom order- you rock Mark! To their delivery person Paul ensuring the delivery was complete even when I provided the wrong address! At no point did he seem annoyed at my mistake and offered to take it to the correct location! We will definitely be ordering from them again!

I ordered a get-well basket in the morning, and it was successfully delivered in the mid-afternoon. The recipient is on the mend, and they are enjoying the delicious goodies.

I had cookies delivered to my husband's hotel for his birthday, I thought this would be a nice surprise since he was out of town working. They were hand delivered by Paul. He called me to let me know they were delivered and the name of the person he left them with at the hotel. He also let me know I could contact him if I had any problems or questions. My husband received exactly what I ordered. Thank you for exceptional customer service!!

We already know cookies are delicious, but on this order my name, sender, was not included. I had to call to see if they arrived. But thank you for delivering on Valentine's Day

Really with them?
I ordered a basket for someone to thank her for a referral she’d given me & received a confirmation email of the order and about 9 or more spam emails.
The spam emails were not their fault at this location, I think it’s just corporate because this is a franchise.
I was able after several attempts to get the spam to stop but could get no info on the delivery status.
They didn’t answer the phones so I left a message two days ago which they never returned. I’ve no idea if the cookie basket was received and I wouldn’t recommend them. If you do order give an email address you don’t mind getting spam at and if it’s for someone you don’t know well enough I’d use another company that will let you know if your
order was ever delivered
