WOW!!! Lauren's work BLEW AWAY ALL MY EXPECTATIONS! Absolute cookie wizardry! When I threw out ideas for my best friend's favourite Pokémon for their birthday in the hopes of making them cookies, I never would have imagined the HIGH QUALITY of the cookies nor that such HIGH QUALITY ART would be possible to put on a cookie. Lauren is likely a cookie wizard because her skills are magical. Beyond impressed, and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a special high quality DELICIOUS edible work of art!

I ordered the birthday cookie basket for my niece. It was beautifully presented and they respected my no nuts request. I live in Massachusetts and they are in Minnesota so I wanted a wonderful surprise for them. Much appreciated the site was easy to use and they family enjoyed them

The service, creativity, and design of bouquets are on point. As a real estate agent I love giving clients a sweet treat on closing day. Cookies By Design (CBS) is a home run gift every time. Also did a custom bouquet for a teacher thank you, which we added various gift cards to within the bouquet. It turned out adorable and was well received by the recipient. Thanks CBD Team!

I ordered these yesterday and completely forgot that school had an early dismissal today. I called and asked to have them delivered early and they did everything they could to get them to the teacher in time. She got them before leaving school for the day!! Thanks for going above and beyond, and your delivery drivers too!!

Walked in this morning to pick up some cookies and had no idea what to expect. They had a pretty good assortment in the counter and I picked out 7 (1 was free!) and I got an extra Frosting Covered Sugar Cookie because I adore them.
Shared a few with my wife an hour later and they are absolutely delicious. Well worth the walk and a couple bucks.

Walked in on a whim and picked up some cookies for my roommate. They absolutely loved them! They're soft, rich, and have lovely designs. The woman working there was super welcoming and happy to help, great experience. 🙂

Thank you once again for the beautiful cookie bouquet that the Plymouth team recently created for me. Lauren (manager) worked closely with me to personalize the cookie selection & design ideas. My niece was absolutely thrilled with the bouquet of sweet treats… the perfect gift to acknowledge and celebrate her high school athletic & academic achievements to-date. Customer service was excellent, and the cookies were adorable & delicious too! I have worked with Lauren & her team in the past, and will definitely order from them for the next special occasion!
