The cutest little ice cream place I have ever been to. My family and I love coming here. The one at the golf course is closer, but when it's off season, we come to this location in Flushing. Everyone is always friendly, the scoops are huge, and they have all the toppings. The gift shop makes waiting for the ice cream go by quickly, and they have cute merchandise in the shop. I have seen many reviews saying the place is pricey, but you get high-quality ice cream, a great environment in all seasons which includes seating, good staff, and a cute gift shop in a quiet and incredible small city setting. They also serve beverages, Soups, and other goodies. If you are looking for low quality and poor staff, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO! We absolutely love Cops and Robbers! This has always been a special place in our hearts where we have celebrated so much in our lives. Not only do they have the best selection of ice cream but their staff is always the sweetest. They recently made the cutest cake we have ever seen for our baby reveal. They really went above and beyond with our special request and blew us away. We are so thankful to have this awesome place right here in Flushing. Thank you so much Cops and Robbers! You helped make our day really special ❤️

Very cute family friendly location. We visited during off peak hours, so I’m not sure how parking is during busy days. They offer tons of flavors and varieties, huge fan of the dairy free options. Staff was very nice and able to customize whatever you liked.

Recently had the pleasure of staying in Flushing, MI, and was fortunate enough to have ice cream at Cops & Robbers. OMG...amazing ice cream...truly amazing! I had the Almond Joy Sundae and, honestly, I think it was the best sundae I have ever had. My 2 friends were equally as impressed with the ice cream and one even bought 2 1/2 gallons to take back home to the Cleveland, Ohio, area! The 2 young men managing the store that afternoon could not have been kinder and more professional. Absolutely recommend and if I ever return to that area this is the 1st place I am stopping!

Just doesn’t quite meet my expectations. The walkway and menu are both crowded: once more than a few people show up everyone stands on the ramp reading/deciding. Menu isn’t complicated, just bloated. I have tried several flavors, but they are noticeably off brand. Positives are the covered porch and cute shop, easy for families.

The ice cream was great. Root beer float was great. The only issue was the boba came with a normal straw, which was a huge struggle to get the bubbles with, ended up just eating them after drinking it all.

Cops and robbers is a great place for people to go to get a treat. We went for “Ugly cone” night for their soft serve ice cream. When they have team members in training, they allow you to get a soft serve cone at a discounted price because they may not look the prettiest. Ours turned out great which I am so thankful for since I have two young stepsons. I’m also impressed at their wide selection of gifts. I will be returning soon to buy my friend a gift for her baby shower from the gift shop.
