This was some good soul food here! Everything came out hit and fresh and the staff was super nice and efficient. The catfish was fried perfectly, it was soft, white and not slimy on the inside, crispy and golden on the outside, and was seasoned perfectly. The wings were seasoned and fried just as well. They were regular sized wings and weren't rubbery. The rib tips were obviously oven baked but they were ok. The sweet potatoes were tender, sweet, and not over powered with nutmeg. Mac&cheese was cheesy and SEASONED(a lot of people dont do that). The greens were cooked down really well and had great flavor without tasting salty. They bring warm cornbread and butter out before the food came, that was awesome. The sweet potato muffins were awesome. The sweet tea was decent but not the best I ever had. The only issue I had with the atmosphere was how crowded it was but I see why. The staff made it really comfortable even though it was crowded.
