We had Breakfast at Coyote Cafe in Vista, CA. this morning.
The home fries are outstanding. the coffee hot and good. The waitresses are very friendly and attentive, great service! the inside is larger than it seems from the outside.
I highly recommend it. We will be going back again.

Went for breakfast this morning and had an excellent Spanish omelet. Don't miss the homemade biscuits-they are delicious. Definitely going back and will recommend the Coyote Cafe to friends and family.

Excellent!!! My husband had the turkey club and I had the hot turkey sandwich. Both were amazing! We will definitely be coming back.

The most basic diner that gives you no reason to come back.
The food was fine, not awful, but nothing really stood out to me. The server was very inattentive and I sat there for at least 15 minutes with my card waiting to pay, until I saw other diners were going to the front to pay. I wish my server had told me that I should do that. Also wish I was checked up on AT ALL.
The price was quite high, especially for food that was of the same quality as IHOP. I honestly wished I had gone there instead, I would have spent less and had a better time
Honestly this seems like a place for retirees to go to daily, not for newcomers
