We visited for the first time today and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We ordered a latte, an apple cider, and a bagel with cream cheese. Service was fast. The latte with soy milk was excellent. Not many food options for vegetarians, the hot apple cider tasted like the powdered variety rather than fresh, and the bagel looked and tasted like it came from a grocery store variety instead of a bagel store, but it's a fast and convenient option.

Bethany just arrived to work. She still had her purse in her hand hadn't even went inside yet and came and took my order. There was one car in front of me I've been waiting a few moments. She even told me that I had one more free 1 on my card which no 1 ever tells me. Service Take out Meal type Other Service: 5

I go and order this same thing everytime. I love the coffee they make but, the price changes everyday. It either go's up two dollars or down two dollars, plus they are now charging for pup cups when I just went there yesterday with the same people working. It they can not stay consistent with the price of things and giving pup cups away for free again I will consider going back. At this point and time I will no longer be supporting them. Everytime I've tried to contact corporate they rub me off and never do what they say they will do. Bunch of lying people who does not follow through. Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

Customer service is a fail. Consistency is a fail. I won't waste my money here anymore. Obviously my five dollars isn't going to hurt, but if that's how you do business then you'll always be the jack in the box of coffee. Just my two cents.

This was my first time to one of these coffee huts. I really liked it. Fresh sandwich, peanut butter ice espresso drink, both were top notch. The gals were very nice in walking me through my order as consuming the menu on your first time is a bit much with people lined up behind you :)

New this area and have been here twice, first time when I told the barista "supper supper sweet" she delivered. The next time it wasn't even close. I do love how nice everyone is there just wish there was a universal sweetness meter.
