Barely OrNah

I love getting breakfast sandwiches here! But every time I get a drink it’s disappointing.. I try to get a different drink each time to see if just that one type of drink was bad.. I haven’t had a good drink here though. Got a drink today that tasted like the milk was spoiled and it made me sick to my stomach 3 sips in.. Not trying any more drinks here.. I've never had the best experience at any cruisin coffees, the coffee is never good, and the service is always eh. They are fast and convenient, but that's about it. This morning I ordered an iced latte and the coffee is off, I believe this is bc they use toddy shots instead of hot shots (if I ever go back I will specify I want hot shots, bc I want espresso not watered down toddy) I got a bagel that wasn't even toasted just warmed and had the most ridiculous amount of cream cheese, and that's coming from someone who likes cream cheese, it was thicker than the bagel itself. The person helping me was short and not friendly, I get it's early in the morning, I've been a barista I get it, but it's also the business. All that being said, it also took a little bit longer than expected, especially since no real espresso shots were pulled and the bagel wasn't toasted. What more can I say about the lovely, friendly gals who show up to work at Cruising Coffee ☕, & actually seem to be having a good time. I don't know about you, but my b.s. meter is, by nature, fairly fine tuned - I can read 'this is my job smile, I'd rather be spending my wages at the Mall, or whatever, but I am currently pretending to be having the best minutes of my day serving your scouring face...' from one angle: yet, & I could be wrong but I highly doubt it, the women are happily darting about, like a well oiled machine who's focus is the hot drink that gets YOU going on a premium caffeine high, so you can be that much more happy too! No, I'm not mentioning the dudes that work there..., that's for one of my female counterparts. We've been customers @ Crusin for the last 4-5 years, specifically friday mornings on our way to work. However today is probably the last. When you get an iced drink and the entire 24oz cup is Ice, and then 6-7 sips the drink is gone?! That is unacceptable for the price you pay. Quality and attitude have all been going downhill over the last year so far. I'd rather support Woods or even take my money and get a consistent cup of coffee at Starbucks.
