I realize this review is going to be unpopular, but gotta give my honest opinion. I've noticed people tend to avoid reviewing the actual taste/texture of the cookies themselves. The shop is cute and the staff is friendly. The presentation of the cookies is nice too. But I base my rating of cookie shops on 2 things: their sugar cookie and their chocolate chip cookie. Right out of the gate, Crumbl loses because they commit the ultimate baking faux pas and use milk chocolate chips. To me, that's an absolute no, but if that's your preference, then you will probably enjoy it. As for their sugar cookie, it is doughy, with a texture like Play Doh. I like a sugar cookie that is moist but not doughy. It's a tough line to find when it comes to baking. For the life of me, I can't figure out why people love this place so much. It's overpriced and not that great. There are plenty of places to get better cookies and a better price! Be a little adventurous and branch out to other cookie shop options! You won't regret it. Update: a friend recently encouraged me to try these again. She chose the flavors: chocolate chip (with semi sweet chocolate chunks, yay!), a marshmallow chocolate one, a peanut butter butterfinger one, and a raspberry cream cheese oatmeal cookie. Gotta say, I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The chocolate chip cookie was so much better when not using milk chocolate! 😋 After this, I will be more likely to give it another try if I feel like splurging the extra cost. Service Delivery

Pretty plain and simple. Saw the owner compete on Hells Kitchen with Gordon Ramsey. (She had one blue, and one brown eye, from a medical condition) These cookies are absolutely wonderful 👌. I had an unpleasant experience at this location. I placed an order online for pick up. I arrived at 6 PM to pick up and the young girl looks at me and tells me “well is shows it was picked up”, almost insinuating that I sent someone to pick it up for me. I then proceed to tell her that did not pick my order up and I did not send anyone else to pick up my order. She walks to the back and gets on her phone. And so I wait there in the lobby and nobody is tells me anything and I just continue to wait because I’m thinking she’s working on it. So another young girl calls me up to the counter and gives me a box with cookies that I did not select. At that point I didn’t have the patience to inform them they were wrong. There is a lack of professionalism and customer service at this location and that is sad!! Don’t show up for work and half a$$ it!! Management, you all can do better than this!! Horrible location. This is the third and last time I'm ever going to attempt to order from them. I live 3 min away, and each time I have placed an order, there's no information for over an hour. Tonight we called the store twice to check on the order. Originally we were told it was out for delivery. 20 minutes goes by and we call again. They then tell us one of our cookies is out of stock so we have to wait another 30 minutes for it. Sooooo you lied the first time or now? This is the THIRD time this has happened in the past year I have tried to get cookies that just never show up. Never had a problem with other locations when I lived in Gilbert. Don't LIE to your customers and set real expectations on the order status. Service: 1

Wow. Love these cookies. Unique flavors. Soft chewy goodness on the inside but with a crispy outside. They're constantly making cookies in the back so you know they're fresh. A six pack is costly but well worth the occasional indulgence.

Crumbl cookies… what a SWEET treat! No really, they’re super sweet! We tried the weekly cookies of 7/17- Milk Glaze, Churro, Cookie Dough, Blueberry Cheesecake and the classic Milk Chocolate Chip. Something to know is these cookies are huge! We cut them into fourths to share and it is more than enough. The Milk Glaze cookie is a sugar cookie with a sweet milk glaze and Fruity Pebbles cereal- it’s cute! Very sweet, liked the different texture that the cereal added to the cookie. Hubby loved this one and rated it 10/10 lol. Churro was very sweet but enjoyed the taste/texture! Expected a bit more out of the Cookie Dough cookie… would skip this one. Was extremely sweet (brown sugar cookie) and not that tasty. The Blueberry Cheesecake cookie also has some very sweet icing on top! Texture was good… but could only do a bite or two! The Milk Chocolate Chip is a consistent favorite. Delicious and amazing texture. Crumbl is a fun treat for the family!
