The atmosphere is new, modern and fresh. Thr cookies are above average at best. They typically have like 6-8 flavors to choose from and they switch out the flavors every other week or once a month. I think some locations offer mini sized cookies. A fun fact: they do have their own ice-cream. Some locations don't have cashiers, just a computer you manually order at. Packaging is cute. They can add a small sticker for a ily, hbd, best wishes, things like that. Cookies are about $3.99-6.99 depending how you buy them (higher quality are cheaper). I recently visited Crumbl Cookies in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and I must say that the taste of their cookies is excellent. The wide variety of choices they offer is quite impressive, allowing you to indulge in a diverse range of flavors. While the customer service was decent, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, although there was room for improvement in terms of efficiency. Overall, Crumbl Cookies is a great spot for cookie enthusiasts looking for delicious treats in Rochester Hills.

Different and delicious. I don’t like their menu chocolate chip cookies or the sugar ones. If they have a new chocolate chip cookie it’s usually good. This week is my fave cookie 09/19-24. Strawberry pie

OK, OK, OK...I finally had to try these. TikTok and my influencer daughter made me! It was mother's day and although I'm a bariatric patient that shouldn't have sugar---I indulged. At 180 calories a cookie costing over 4 dollars each, I bought every flavor and tried a bite of each. The flavors change weekly and this weekend they offered chocolate chip, mother's recipe, pink velvet cake, raspberry butter cake, hazelnut mudslide and lemoncrescent. These cookies are decadent, soft and full of flavor packed in beautiful pink boxes that you can add messages to. My personal favorite was the lemon cheesecake and raspberry butter cake. The creamy frosting and fruit was just the Perfect compliment to each other. I certainly couldn't eat these everyday or even every week, but it was an excellent, satisfying treat. I'm glad the locations are in Rochester Hills and sterling Heights. So, they can't temtp me back with their deliciousness. Get them for yourself or buy them as a gift for your loved one with a sweet tooth, they'll love you for it!

Cookies are way too sweet and they all taste the same, not sure what all the hype is about. Way overpriced for what you get. Half dozen cookies for $22 is obnoxious. Additionally the kids working here didn't know if the cookies are vegan. They are super stingy with the service. Go a few stores down to papa roti and enjoy a nice hot drink and signature bun instead of dumping money in this cookie store. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Crumbl is serving amazing cookies. They offer a small variety of fresh baked cookies in both large and small sizes. The 4 pack I put together included their chocolate chip cookie, peanut butter brownie cookie, strawberry shortcake cookie, and oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. These things are large!!!! The coolest thing I think is that the cookies come made to order. That is, the icing and toppings are not sitting on the cookie, they decorate them right in front of you. It looked like the cookies sit in a little warmer box until they are ready to be served. So the cookies don't sit out and become old and hard as the day goes by. It does add some time between order and receiving your order, but that's totally okay. The wait is well worth it! My wife and I enjoy these cookies as soon as I got them home. They looked and smelled so delicious I ordered a second 4 pack and added the fruit pizza cookie because I wanted to get a taste for all of their offerings. I will definitely be coming back for 2nds and beyond. Well worth the trip if you're not around Rochester Hills.

Great marketing, having rotating flavors, that way we have to check every week for what's new. They are all about customer service. They present you with the cookie box open and ask if you approve before they close it up for you to take and enjoy. Great presentation with the cute boxes, they make wonderful gifts.

My second visit here and was lucky to not have to wait! I chose 3 different cookies to share with my friends. Chocolate chunk, monster and cookies and cream. They were all fabulous! Clean and bright store.
