Stopped by to try Crumbl cookie. Staff definitely didn't wanna be there felt so awkward ordering. The flavor was definitely great, but some cookies were a bit too soggy to pick up without breaking. Cookies were delicious. Customer service definitely needs to be worked on. Cookies were: Milk chocolate chip, pumpkin pie, cranberry crumb cake, maple cinnamon roll, caramel praline, red velvet white chip. Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have heard mixed reviews about this company but I’m so happy we tried them! Everything tasted amazing, everything looked beautiful, the staff was super friendly. I didn't rate the service or atmosphere only because I wasn't there to pick up the cookies but I'm sure it was top notch since one of my sons drives from Harlingen just to get their cookies .. I had the vanilla cookie with the creme on top and let me tell you it was THE BEST cookie I've ever eaten .. It rivaled my aunts chocolate chip cookies from childhood and that's saying a lot because I LOVE chocolate ! 🍫 I would have normally chosen a chocolate cookie but thought to myself " Self .. try something different 😃 .. " I second guessed myself 3 times if that makes any sense because I don't like anything vanilla accept maybe some Vanilla Bluebell ice-cream .. Lemme tell you ... I felt like I was eating a mini cheesecake ! It had the perfect chew and the creme on top was PHENOMENAL .. Also it was not sickeningly sweet as some desserts can be and was a very good size cookie .. The only down side is that now all other cookies have been ruined for me 😂 SO DELICIOUS !! 😋👍👍 Food: 5

Right to the point and what you need to know. Cookies are good and not to sweet but you can get the feel of package cookie dough same as you would eat a fresh cookie right out the oven at a local McDonald's. I drove 20mins away because it was the closes and thinking they had a restroom for their customers. I was wrong so No Restrooms which in my opinion someone or a child might have to go 🤷 as they wait. Ouch! Big No! No!. I like the fact that everyone was professional and dressed professional to, especially when baking. Notice in the pictures how employees where wearing gloves and looked clean. I'm not sure if it's like this because it's literally a new business in town, or that's how it is, will see in a couple years. Now the cookie price is decent, I ended up paying $15 for 4 cookies also because they charge a tip included to your order. So yes the cookies are fair not to sweet or hard and decent size yes since the cookies are a bit thick the dough is still kind of raw in the middle even after 1hr. I i took pictures of that to and staff was nice, I Rate 3 Stars

Cookies are delicious!! Very clean place. It irks me that when I get here 30 min before closing, the employee has to give a huge sigh, drop her shoulders, and throw her head back. Customer service is important especially with customers being able to leave reviews. There could be a possible wait time if you arrive in person, however putting your order online helps with faster pickup. Would recommend they have two registers open for faster orders. Two families left while I was waiting. One staff member was taking orders and packing by herself, with 10 people in line. She was friendly though. Got myself a fresh batch of cookies which made up for the wait time, but beware some may be out. Ordered a batch of 6 including: Choco, Smores and the Birthday Cake. Cookies were good, crispy outside and soft center. Pairs well with Vanilla Bean Ice-cream. Wait time took 15 minutes. Not sure if it's a trend thing but not an experience that would drag me back so soon.

Ordered cookies online and when I arrived to the store almost 2 hours before they close they said they only have 4 cooies remaining. None of which I ordered. Two were not even on the menu and were not frosted…and they said they could not frost them. I paid online for 4 cookies almost $17! And recieved nothing I ordered plus two of them without frosting. So what do they do the next 2 hours with no cookies to sell before their close time? I asked if I could come back in 1/2 hour if they would have more and they said they weren’t making more. First time at a Crumbl! We did not have a wait. Kind of expensive, but no more expensive than other places. The cookies are big and soft and delish! We got a 6 pack, one of each flavor, and a 4 pack of milk chocolate, which are the favorite. Pumpkin Caramel is surprisingly good, the most cake like of all the cookies. Lemon and Raspberry are really good flavors. My daughter and mom loved the Peanut Butter. The pink frosted sugar cookie tastes like birthday cake. I would definitely go back.
