Awesome place to try something new with your partner. My girlfriend and I had a really fun and sweet moment together rating the cookies we each picked out :) I was impressed to see how many options and choices there were to choose from. Very cool place to get new flavors of cookies. They seem to always have the amazing Chocolate chunk cookies. But the different flavors are a nice touch. Super friendly staff as well. Cookie were expensive but delicious

Was there two times and each time it was great - we quickly ordered, answered quick questions and didn’t even wait for too long, like five to ten mins After second time downloaded the app and now checking every time for the carrot cake cookie cause so far it’s my favourite but I can’t wait to try more with fruit flavors! Return customer. Enjoy Crumbl. Today, female employee brought box of 4 cookies and I watched her haphazardly close the slide flaps inward so they immediately hit the cookies ... one on the end was a chocolate mallow so the flap mashed the chocolate and marshmallow and almost cut the cookie. I knew this because I opened the box after she walked away. I asked politely for the cookie to be replaced and she took the box (which also had chocolate and frosting on the outside from when I opened the box because it was all over the side flap). She brought the box back closed and said "here you go." I made the mistake of not checking and relying on the culture of your location. I got home and realized the employee(s) just cleaned the box and put a big drop of chocolate sauce all over where the cookie was mashed rather than replacing it and correcting the original mistake. They concealed that by bringing it back closed as if an easy and kind correction. Teach your teenage employees what integrity, honesty and customer service means. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
