Usually, I have never had any issues with any of my orders or service. However, last night I ordered cookies for a birthday and when shown the cookies the only thing I noticed was the melted icing on the front cookie because they ran out of cookies and had to make the cookie on the spot but it wasn't a super big deal so I said it was fine. So this also is on me by not checking all of the cookies. When I got home, i noticed the cinnamon roll cookie was missing the icing. Also, I paid extra for gift wrapping and the happy birthday sticker, and when I mentioned it, she said the sticker with the note I made, was the only one that popped up and walked away. I know it's just a dollar, but the reaction I received from the employee threw me back. I should have sent the receipt to myself to show the additional charge, but I didn't, so this is on me as well. This employee seems to have been the only person there and they started to get busy, so I didn't try and push the issue any further. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Awesome cookies! Served both warm and cold. The menu changes regularly. Rich in flavor and of course a soft crumble. I have never been inside (tried via delivery) but the product they produce is top notch.

The cookies here have never been fresh when we've gone. We have been here 5 times now and have tried going at different times of day and waiting in 30 minute intervals (which is when they claim they bake new ones and throw out the unclaimed)....still always cold. We have been to 2 other locations in this area - Pearland and Pasadena - and several out-of-state locations. This is the only one that every cookie is cold and hard almost every time. I use Crumbl delivery for my business and love the app! I have been noticing some little things like certain areas don’t deliver but not a big deal! Great fast service and delicious cookies. Not overly sweet and great dough. Friendly staff and my favorite was lemon cheesecake. My least favorite was the Nutella lacking flavor.

If you've never been. Once you enter head to a kiosk. Type in what pack you want. Choose the cookies you want. Pay and wait for a lil bit for your cookies to get done baking. Very Delicious!!

Ok, y’all! Emily the manager is amazing. Such a professional in her job and so pleasant to talk with. My first time ordering cookies on the app and I thought I selected a certain date and turned out I didn’t and it was for same day. Called the store right away and she helped me and was so kind and canceled the order so I could do a new one, since that is how their system works. She apologized for having to do it that way and I told her not to even apologize, she was helping me fix my mistake. The best manager I have talked to in a very long time. Customer service isn’t dead!!! This location has a life long customer. -Jessica F
