I absolutely love this place. Honestly, I have an addiction to it. I thought it was all height when I first heard about Crumbl, but it's not all high. I visit one at least once a week. Probably shouldn't, but I do. I highly recommend it to anyone with a sweet tooth. If you haven't tried it, it's a must try.

Always friendly and fast to serve. Usually opt for online order pickup. Tasty flavours which we all know already! Really like the decor in the stores. Super fresh, clean, airy. May have to make a trip today

I was really expecting this to be waaaaay overhyped. But these cookies are delicious. This week’s included a ginger cake cookie, which was perfectly chewy and crispy on the edges with a cream cheese frosting. Definitely my favorite of the bunch and went back the next day to get more. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming, so much so that when you walk in, everyone, regardless of what they’re doing, yells “Welcome to crumble!”
It’s not overhyped. Just really great cookies.

This place is amazing !! The cookies are absolutely delicious and so much big enough to share for sure if you want to. My kids didn’t wanna share with anybody though lol !! Highly recommend this place😁

I went to Crumbl in Slidell today for the first time. I stood there for 3 minutes and not one soul came out to assist so, I left and I will keep my hard earned money! Horrible customer service or rather no service at all!

Ordered 6 cookies including rink velvet cake and hazelnut mudslide. Was told they were out of icing for pink velvet cake so we substituted that one. When we get our order the hazelnut mudslide is missing the hazelnut spread. When I questioned the staff they said “oh we are out of the topping”. I had to walk back in and ask for a different cookie to replace the incomplete cookie I was given. And the lemon cheese cake is lacking lemon topping. First and last time going to this crumble. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! If you don’t have all the topping don’t give it to the customer knowing it’s missing toppings. WHAT A JOKE!!

I should not have gone in. The cookies are big, yummy, and addicting. The flavors change each week. I like the one with the pink sugar and the oatmeal one was good , I was shocked.
