My first time ever to try crumbl cookie! I got the four pack of cookies and I must say wedding cake was a hit. The employees are very nice and ordering on the little screen made it easy. We will be back again Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Picked up 6 cookies in the way home. As you can see in the pic I tried to cut the Pink Sugar Cookie and it's STILL FROZEN so the cutter won't go through. For $26 for 6 cookies can't you at the very least warm them up some?

Was looking forward for a fun experience when getting my crumble cookies. Wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged when my daughter and I walked in. Placed order on kiosk then waited for our order. While waiting the neighbor store manager came in and asked them to not slam their carts against their joining wall. After she left, one of the two employees we saw working said she wouldn’t change what she was doing just to make her happy. One worker was slamming down trays so hard, it scared a customer that just walked in. For what we paid, next time we will just make our own….

DO NOT GET TRES LECHES!! Purchased a 4 pack and they were embarrassingly dry like a regular cake, was not moist wet or milky at all! Was never expecting it to be like an authentic tres leches cake, but wow was I let down. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm quite obsessed. I prefer their specialty cookies over the plain chocolate chip. However that is still so good too. I can never eat a whole cookie in one sitting so I either share or save part of it and reheat then enjoy 😋
