Wonderful restaurant, with fantastic quality pizza and a great selection of craft beers!
We had a wonderful time, and I can understand some of the reviews why people aren't into the pies, but I think the blueberry pie was great! Uniquely in their own style, chunkier (not runny) filling and quite flavorful! The pie crust could use some work on flakiness and less dense but still a fan!
The pizza crust was what really brought everything together, I can still taste it! Keep up the great work! Service was super attentive and will definitely return!

Love the vibe, service but the pizza was a bit underwhelming. The toppings were quality but the crust wasn't great. It was really soft, with no crust on the bottom or flavor. The salad was amazing though! Next time I'll ask for a crisper crust to see if it makes a difference. The restaurant was very clean and organized which I appreciated and you can see them prep the pizzas up front. Pretty cool experience overall.

An Awsome restaurant, great vibe, cool decor, clean open concept. TV'S along one side front to back!!!! Baked items case as you walk in and merch to check out for repiN this joint!!! They have bar top with hi chairs seating, groups hi top table seating, large group and small table seating, along with a lounge style couch, coffee table seating, unique leather comfy love seats wrapped with TV'S section, really cool!!!! Our server, she was exceptional, appreciated 🤙🏽!!!! We ordered Cesar salad for appetizer and went with a Med. All meat pizza with red sauce. The salad was good, fresh, the seasoned garlic squares that come with, excellent bursting with flavors, but the salad lacked in presentation!!!! Few croutons, I mean bottom of bag crumbs type, a dusting lol, drizzle of dressing IDK!!!! Then the pizza arrived, looking good!!!! Fresh, hot, quality ingredients, toppings were flavorful, crust was soft and light, absorbing, draw back crust like this should scream flavor like the seasoned garlic squares and it didn't, would've sent this pie sky hi!!!! It was good, though!!!!! This spot is awesome, for watching the games, getting a bit with family and friends, or just grabbing lunch, outdoor seating option ✔️🤌🏽!!!! Njoy FolkZ 🤘🏼😁

Sicilian Pizza Pie
So good! I can’t get enough! My fav is the Buffalo Chicken pizza… excellent crust, of course! Just recently took home a chicken pot pie, essentially a “take n bake” freakin excellent too!

Nope. We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, cheese sticks, and cherry pie.
The pizza was just OK. Not horrible, not great. The cheese sticks were hard and had no flavor. But the worst was the cherry pie. I have never tasted anything like it, and not in a good way. The filling had the oddest texture, like mincemeat. It tasted like nothing. It was so bland, and the texture was disgusting and dry and gritty. Based on what we ordered, I don’t recommend this place, especially at this price point.

We just happened to stumble upon Crust and Roux for dinner. They serve pizza and pot pies. The pizza was mediocre, dessert pie was okay, but WOW the steak pot pie was amazing - probably the best pot pie I’ve ever had! Well balanced, nuanced flavors. Flakey crust. Not too dry but not too moist. Skip the pizza and try one of these!

Solid 5 stars for their pie slice. Such great crust, huge filling. Was good both cold and warmed, can't decide which was better maybe cold tho the crust dense and buttery. The pizza was good and a huge slice for HH not a bad deal, but was more of a homemade bready dough pizza than prefer tho had a thin and perfectly crisp bottom crust, it would have got closer to 4 than 5 on its own.
We love this place. I order the Greek salad and a pizza with the family. I highly recommend giving this spot a try. It’s in town square located just south of Mandalay Bay. If you want a pot pie i would recommend calling ahead and having them start it before you get there. It’ll take about 30 min. I’ll have to update Greek salad pictures next time it didn’t last long enough to make it to the photo shoot.

Greek Salad
I stopped by the other day for the 1st time as I was walking around the shopping center. The pies looked really good so I ordered a slice of cherry pie to go. First off, let’s get the prices out of the way… A slice of pie was a whopping $10, not to mention how insanely overpriced everything else on the menu is, but I thought I’d try it anyways. I got home about 10 minutes later and the pie was disgusting. Easily the worst piece of cherry pie I’ve ever had. It was old, dry & cold. Thinking they forgot to heat it up, I put it in the oven for a minute to warm it up and it was still terrible. So a few days later I was in the area and dropped by the restaurant to show them a picture of the pie and ask if it should be this way. The lady working up front looked at the picture and said… “no way, it should not look like that or be cold and dry”. Funny thing is she never offered me another slice, my money back, or anything, she just let me walk out the door. I think it’s obvious myself or any of my friends will not be frequenting this establishment again.
OMG tasty pizza, especially the crust! Great variety of pizzas with a lot of toppings and cheese. Yummy flavors; and did I mention the crust? The chef told me he imports his flour from Italy! The chicken pot pie, apple pie, and blueberry pie were all excellent. Nice big interior with lots of seating. Fountain drinks, beer & wine are available. I look forward to bringing my family back to this place!
