Situated in the gate plaza, nice place to dine in or take away, many variety in his menu between manakich, pizza and burgers, we ordered some of his menu in order to try many items, everything was delicious, affordable prices, recommended.

Orderd the Chicken aioli wrap. Barely had any chicken in it. No value. Very expensive. Nice and welcoming hostess but she could not solve my chicken less sandwich.

The person that takes ur order doesn’t listen to what u ask for, and ends up blaming the delivery person for incomplete orders!!! Happened to me three times in a row!!! I specifically said on my last call please please send hot oil with the pizza don’t do like last two times. When the oil didn’t come and i called the manager said oops sorry about that we will resend u oil…

I went to the kfarhbab branch last month, ordered a manoushe and a wrap, waited 50 minutes in store while watching them break every hygiene standard when preparing the food.
I also ended up receiving a wrong order but I left anyway.
I texted them privately first hoping they would fix it but no answer. Guess who’s not going again?

Very unprofessional cashier turned down our order due to being understaffed he said there is only one guy working so we can’t take your order that is terrible customer service turning down customers that might have came to the area specifically to try out the shop ! they should hire people .
