This such a cool pizza place! The staff was super nice and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. The decor is modern industrial with still a cozy feel. The wine is great a glass of Moscato was only $4 which is not bad at all. Our pizza was delicious! My husband enjoyed his pepperoni pizza and said the thin crust was super light and crispy and had a good amount of pepperoni on it. My stuffed crust pizza was fabulous the crust has this garlic butter seasoning which is so good, and I had a great amount of toppings on mine as well. Overall I would highly recommend this place for your pizza cravings whether your dining in or doing take out! One of the most poorly managed casual restaurants in The Woodlands. Wait times are very long and staff is indifferent at best. No one has taught them how to treat a customer. I have consistently encountered issues whether dining in or picking up takeout. Tonight, for example, I ordered online and received confirmation my order would be ready in about 30 minutes (6:12pm). When I arrived, there was a line out the door and no separate area designated for pick-up. A few people blasted through and simply cut ahead of others to ask about their take-out orders — which prompted angry words from some. I waited patiently in line until 6:33 and was handed my (now cold) spaghetti without so much as a “thank you”. Several other customers were irate. No Manager in sight. I’m probably done with Crust —- too many other (and better) options in the area. As for the food itself, the pizza and pasta are good (not great); salads are horrid. This is the best pizza in the area, by far. The service and loyalty program keep you coming back. I ordered two Pizza and a beer to have while I waited. Wasn't half way through my beer when I got the text message that it was ready. They got an order wrong a while back and comped it. They did right the one time they got it wrong. Can't ask for more. Baltimore and Michael were so friendly and helpful. I was visiting with a handicap patient of mine and they helped me seat her at the table, made sure we had silverware and condiments. My favorite pizza from Crust Pizza is the Vegetarian with a pepperoni topping on that amazing thin crust. I love eating at the outside tables where the kids are playing on the playground. It's both dinner and entertainment for a very reasonable price. There's plenty of free parking close by and handicap parking in front of the restaurant. It's very accessible and I can park my walker right by my table. The dark chocolate gelato is rich and velvety. I think it's the best flavor they make. After trying Crust Pizza a few years ago, I don't get pizza anywhere else. It's that good. Food is absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The employees are kind and attentive. The atmosphere is perfect. Especially with the little outdoor play area for kids. The pizza was super good! The staff were extremely nice and it was very quick! The outside area is nice, it is small but it makes it very easy to keep a close eye on your kids! My son loved it! It was also just my 3 year old and I. We shared a medium pepperoni and it was $18 with a regular drink and a kids drink. So plenty to take home for later! This restaurants customer service is awful!! On Friday, Feb 2, 2024, I ordered a pizza on the phone at 5:30pm. I got there at 5:50pm I was told 5 more min..then 2 more minutes, then was still waiting..it seemed nobody bothered to do my order but other customers got there after me & they got their pizza before me. It was after 6:10pm & no sign of my pizza, no explanation of what happened! I asked for a refund & even that took awhile. I got my refund but no apology, no explanation of what happened to my order. My son was starving but thank God there are more than 50 restaurants in the Woodlands that would be more than happy to take my business.

This is s great local pizza place. You order at the counter and then take your number and sit. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Atmosphere is great. Also serve beer and wine. Highly recommend.
