Coming from a returning guest who returns too often and stays too long, this is one of my favourite places to hang around during the day. Bow is the girl who takes my order. She knows my food preferences and my usual orders. If I am feeling hungry because I overslept and missed breakfast, I will go to Cu lounge to look for Bow and tell her I am hungry. Her reaction will be to key in my usual order on the system, with additional remarks because of my personal preferences. She will make my ice chocolate and serve it with my food. Palm is another one who has memorized my food preferences and ihg number by heart. She makes it super easy whenever I am there to order something. Fern is someone I look forward to seeing in the evening when she’s working. She knows my food preferences and is always eager to help if I needed dinner to be served at Cu Lounge. She is great with helping me when I have secret plans. For example, I will look for her to hide a cake, get ready the cake and light candles for me. She’s a great partner in crime.
