I just wasted a half hour of my evening waiting on dinner for two. Not only did I have to wait for well over 10 minutes in the drive thru, they handed me my ice cream at the beginning. Well, wouldn’t you know it, they didn’t put the curds in the bag. So I had to wait another 5-6 minutes for curds to come out and they were literally ice in the middle. Now Ive got melted ice cream, cold fries, and frozen curds. I asked for a refund and, although a fast cash transaction, took another several minutes to process for some reason. The service here is abysmal. After wasting nearly 30 minutes of my evening, they did offer me “some coupons”, but I won’t be returning to a place that can’t put together a simple order in a timely manner. There were literally only two other cars in drive thru and the lobby was nearly empty. What is so hard about doing exactly what you’re there to do?
