We finally saw Culver's available on Ubereats so we seized the opportunity. I am taking into account that fried foods don't travel well. Hubby's Double Deluxe burger was satisfying. The cheese curds were Cheddar, which was surprising, and smallish in size. No squeak, but decent flavor. The pork sandwich was pretty big, and well-seasoned. The chicken strips were juicy and crisp. The fries were fine. Hubby's Dr.. Pepper tasted like it was mixed with Diet Dr. Pepper, which ruined it for him. The house brand root beer is delicious, The chocolate custard is rich and smooth,, luxurious I texture. Not bad for fast food.
Very first time trying Culver's out. I drive past it when I have to take my son to his appointment but never stopped by. It wasn't until I was watching a show on an app and the ad for the fish sandwich came on. It caught my attention because I drive past it twice a week. So today I decided to give it a try and my word it was good. My son liked his burger and my younger son loved the chicken tenders. Everything was served freshly made. I don't mind the wait for fresh cooked food. So glad we tried it out. The customer service was great as well. From the moment I arrived to the speaker my order was taken. Once I arrived to the window I was greeted immediately and the transaction went quick. A Team member came and informed me right away about my order and explained to me what occurred. I had no issue waiting because she was so nice about it. Then once my order came the young man greeted himself and read my irder back to me. That's awesome customer service. Will be back to try something else on the menu.

With fast, friendly service and a casual atmosphere, Culver's on Ladson Road is a great place for a meal or quick snack with the family. After ordering at the counter, pick your choice of table, booth, or barstool-style seating and put your order number tag on the table (white one pictured is for a frozen custard order). Food is prepared and delivered quickly and is delicious. I love bringing my boys here after school for a snack and a relaxed place to do their homework. The food is great and the staff is courteous and professional. Definitely recommend!
UPDATE: often the best measures of a restaurant are how well they operate during a rush and how they handle mistakes. We came back for lunch today and they were slammed. Our oldest is a bit particular and doesn't like anything other than cheese and bacon in his burger, but when we got it, there was mayonnaise. We let the staff know and they made a new one, but it had all the condiments this time. We let them know again and they made a new one perfectly and were very apologetic, even giving us a coupon for a free scoop of custard. Very impressed with their dedication to making it right!
Since it's Friday and we have Lent coming up also, we decided to give their seafood menu a try. My wife had the shrimp and I tried the 3-piece cod dinner - both were really good! Yes, we live in a place with plenty of amazing seafood restaurants, but if you're having something quick, you could definitely do far worse. Still very satisfied with our experiences at Culver's!

Better parking than the one on Main Street which is a plus. Food is great. Pretzel bites were yummy and photo worthy. I ate a few before taking picture.

Absolutely delicious! All I got was the classic double deluxe butter burger but man was it worth it. The restaurant is very clean and nice, with little flower vases on the tables. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the bathroom was clean. A+ stop for lunch!

I wish I could have had a burger, but really the only thing that looked safe for celiac/ gluten free was the salad. Cashew salad was great. Family's food looked great too!

Great new burger and custard place. The atmosphere was clean, and tidy, the food was awesome, especially the concrete custard. (Yummy). Will definitely keep going. They have plenty of parking, double drive thru, and even outdoor covered seating.

General Manager was so* EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Correcting a couple of problems we had with special orders in our meal and did so with a huge welcoming smile ! I was so very thankful. Restaraunt was clean, spacious, and food : absolutely superb! What a great experience

We stopped in on Monday and Israel took our order. He was kind and patient and verified what we ordered, etc. After we pulled around to wait for food (after paying obviously), a young man whom I thought also took our order was actually in fact his brother Isaiah. I only know bc I called and spoke to a manager. Why did I call to speak to a manager you ask? Well let me tell you!!!
When Isaiah brought food to my window, he was in the middle of verifying (he was also so kind and polite and could tell he was trying and took price in his job) when an old and short woman with a brown ponytail came up and began belittling him! She was in her 50’s… maybe 60’s. Worse, she did it in front of me! Who knows who else she began airing her grievances to before she thought it was a good idea to grieve about it to me. She was negative, disrespectful, and had zero patient and nothing polite to say about those two brothers. She said she has had to deal with too many new people and them not doing a good job. They were actually trying to do a good job - both brothers. I saw the efforts and positive e results. They did nothing wrong in my opinion, but she did! I praise the brothers’ parents for raising such patient and kind young men that take pride in their work and are positive. Shame on the grumpy old lady for being a problem. If my children were not in the car, I would’ve gone inside and addressed it right away instead of only calling. Those two boys and others like them are what keep us going back… we all know it’s not the high prices or the grumpy woman.
