Picked up an olive burger last night. Woke up at 3:00 a.m. with a stomach ache and diarrhea. Still not able to keep anything down. I hope they are cooking their burgers properly. Clean & cordial. Stopped in for a quick late lunch. Greeted with a smile and a warm "Welcome to Culvers". Food was quick & tasty! The best French fries I've had in a while. My only complaint is the temperature in seating area.... super cold. It was a rare warm day for February (73°) which may have thrown the HVAC system for a loop. Good food! The service was not great. The server brought our order out, and after we thanked him, he grunted as a “you’re welcome”. Not impressed! *updated We were sent free value basket coupons for our trouble last time. We decided to try this restaurant again. Food was great. We ordered and until we got our food it was 27 minutes! Service was so so so slow. :( Again, this restaurant did not earn a good review! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Culver's has my favorite burgers and I'm glad I can customize the toppings. I enjoy using the app to check out flavors of the day ahead of time so I can plan when to go. Ordering curdside through the new app works well, too, and it's great that it can save orders (although I'm unsure if it'll keep my frozen cocoa out of season haha). I normally get the kid's meal, but for the most recent visit with family I just used the free scoop coupon that comes with it. It's the best deal. Had the fish dinner. It was good. Just the service was lousy, 1 person working on orders with 20 people in line and 8 people standing behind the counter gabbing. This went on the hole hour that I was there. We arrived about 5:45 pm on a Saturday. We ordered our meals with multiple coupons, they let us use all of them. When ringing the order up, one got missed. When we went inside for the rest of what we ordered, without the receipt, the employees didn't give us any grief like other restaurants do, even other Culver's locations. They have us the rest of what we ordered, free of charge, and gave us a coupon for a completely free meal as an apology. I will eat here every time I'm in town! There were at least a dozen employees in the kitchen! The facility was very clean, anf the staff, as usualwere very friendly. Unfortunately, our food was not as good. My wife ordered a fish sandwich, she picked it up from the basket, and when she squeezed it, the burning hot oil squished out all over her hand! This was extremely painful! To make it worse, the fish sandwich tasted very old... I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and cheese curds, and it was ok. I ended up sharing it with my wife. My son ordered a cheese burger kids meal. He took a couple bites. I'm am not at all satisfied with our meal. We paid OVER $36.00 for our food... what a disappointment. Is Culver's the best fast food burger joint in America? Hard for me to say, as I've not been to them all. Is it better than In-and-Out? Probably Are there issues with this particular location? Man, everyone is struggling right now, so it's hard for me to knock them on long wait times. But I will... Every time I drive thru, I can expect a 20 minute wait, minimum. Now I know part of that is due to the way Culver's produces their meals. So I'm fine with that. I'm not ok with a 40min wait however, which has happened to me a few times. By the time you realize what's about to go down, it's too late, and you're stuck in line with no exit and have to commit. Is it happening at all Culver's? Not sure, don't hit up other locations that much any more. I'm not mad, I have other problems in the world bigger than a slightly inconvenient wait for food. I'm just disappointed slightly. Very clean. Bathroom was amazingly clean and inviting. Burger was barely warm and a mess. I had to rearrange it so I could eat it. Food took quite awhile and it was a single burger and husband had a double. I could have taken some pretty bad pics of my burger but I'm sure it was just an off day. We ordered a gluten free bun and it was terrible. They forgot to heat it up. They also forgot our ice cream. We had to go back up to the line to get it.
