Worst experience. Over $22 and took 23 minutes to get take out order. Items not made as ordered. Ridiculous. I can go eat at a nice sit down restaurant for cheaper and much better food. Never again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly this was my first time at a Culver’s and the food was fantastic, the ice cream or custard of the day was a nice thing to try. The service was terrible because the person who took the order was rude to my grandmother several times my sister spoke with the manager of the establishment and Culver’s did call her personally to get more information about what all happened. Most of the staff at this location didn’t not speak much English and the one who did was being rude. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I did not get her last name, but Courtney saved the day tonight. She should be shift manager; she handled the pressure well and was the only one that seemed to be working with a sense of urgency. I would greatly value her opinions and time if I was her employer. I would be asking Courtney who should be on what jobs because the shift manager was not managing anyone. All those employees and only one carrying the team.... To be honest, out of all the Culver's locations, this one is not the best. Usually Culver's runs a tight ship, not this one. Staff seem somewhat lazy and entitled which sucks because some of the workers are amazing and clearly not being supported. Waited almost an hour for a concrete mixer. Better to go across town. Also not very clean. Very stressful environment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time visiting and I asked for a single but they charged me for a double and when you’re in the drive thru, paid already and got your food you’re pulling off. Went in at 2 o’clock on Sunday. I understand that the restaurant gets very busy but I had waited almost 30++ minutes in drive-through for a single cheeseburger order. My girlfriend and I decided to give the Kenosha Culver’s a shot. Typically the customer service isn’t adequate and I prefer the Racine Greenbay road location with their excellent customer service. My girlfriend and I stood there for 5+ minutes while 8+ employees stood around talking to each other and staring at us. All while one employee was taking the order of another employee where they then had that employee type in their own order themselves. We then decided to leave after being ignored and no one said anything as we walked out they continued to stand and stare while gossiping. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed in Culver’s. Had the fish dinner and it was awful. The fries were good but the fish was too greasy to eat. And the dinner roll was stale. Worst culvers experience I have had at a franchise. 30 minutes waiting for two burgers and chicken strips and they messed up the order, they forgot milk for our son. It was not busy as I waited outside and there was only one or two customers that walked in and came through the drive thru. The bathrooms were disgusting, out of soap and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. The manager was eating lunch at a table during this time with another employee while several others were standing around talking. Very poorly managed franchise. We sat and waited for 25 minutes. The cashier gave us the wrong number, so when the server came out to hand us our food, he couldn't match the numbers and took our order back in. Once all the cars were clear, he came back out with our order again, and we asked him, "Thankfully, my name was on the receipt. 38 bucks for melted ice cream cold fries cold cheese curds. Last straw with the lousy service. There’s always something with this place. Stale food, missing food items, incorrect orders, and young employees with their bad attitudes. Customers don’t deserve attitudes during drive through orders, regardless of who/what they are. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gave this place a chance and each time, I kindly take what I get because why raise pointless concerns over something that can’t get fixed. One customer lost.
