We went through the drive-thru, and it was very efficient. You could tell the staff took pride in their work. It seemed like they worked well together as a team. We're on a road trip and have eaten at several Culver's. These were the best-looking burgers we've seen so far. Good job, Team! Culver's is a hit every time! There isn't much on their menu that doesn't make me salivate in anticipation. The only reason I docked a star is because of the drive thru speed. It was very slow that day, but they may have been extra busy, too. Still, there is normally a decent wait on your food, but that because they make it fresh when you order it. Consider it 4.75 stars. As far as atmosphere, it's a fast food restaurant. Nothing special. They've always been clean and nicely. Just like everyone else... Skimp on portions to save the company money. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich. It was smaller than the bun. More like a chicken nugget sandwich. It was super dry so I asked for mayo, I hate package mayonnaise.... The pot roast sandwich my wife ordered, once had meat spilling out of the bun, now it barley covered the bun. We had to travel from Ohio to Illinois, and needed to stop somewhere for lunch. We've never heard of this place before so we decided to try it out. Parking lot was big enough that we could park our camper and truck. Our service was great inside at the register when ordering. We found a seat and someone brought us our order. This is one of the best Culver's around, the one closest to me is not very good, so I go out of my way to come to this one, that's how good it is. Whenever I am in Peru I come here. I love the butterburgers and the customization on them. The cheese curds are amazing.
