Extremely rude staff. Both registers closed and no one wanted to help. Difficulty counting change and then gives an attitude because they can’t do their job? I wouldn’t waste my time coming here again just to get an attitude.

I called ahead to ensure they had the frozen mocha available (Auburn had sold out), the employee was rude and replied like I had been a huge convenience for her to answer the phone for a 10 second call. I made a special trip there to get the mocha, o my to have the employee let a customer in and lock the door as I was going up to it. This was at 10:30AM, and the sign stated they’d reopen at 2:00PM. Seriously, I get that everyone has issues getting reliable, honest and willing employees, but this was wrong in so many ways. First, they obviously knew they were closing but said nothing when I called, to be looked at straight on while locking the doors was beyond rude, and to close at peak hours just makes no sense. I will travel to the Sabattus location before I go into this location again. Auburn and Sabattus have courteous employees and have never been rude when I call to see if they have what I’m looking for. I would rather travel an extra 8 miles than deal with this location again. Looking at other reviews, owner/management really need to reconsider the staff they have employed, if they can’t have common courtesy and provide a positive customer experience, they will kill your business.

I keep forgetting to give this place a 1 star review. Numerous times I’ve gone in to take a quick pee after fueling up and it’s “see cashier for key.” I always just walk out and seem to forget, but this time I’m not forgetting. Won’t return to this location until I can use the bathroom without asking like a kid in school.

I went to the gas station on Friday 11/11/22 to get some gas. I only put $20 on my tank while using my credit card. Today is 11/13 and I just checked my credit card balance and saw they charged me $100 instead right away I called my credit card company to let them know about the fraud. I am never going back to Main Street Cumberland farm. I usually go to Lisbon and center street and never once had any issues like this before.Beware people and make sure to get a receipt every time you are using the pump.

Went in to grab a few red bulls, the cashier didn’t even acknowledge me or say a single word to me until the transaction was finished, because she was in the middle of a conversation with one of her friends, after the transaction was completed her friend coincidentally happened to leave the store at the same time, so when I was finally able to get a word in and ask for a bag, she said that it’s going to cost me 5 cents (I don’t keep change on me, and had to use debit) then she had the nerve to tell me “you should’ve asked for a bag before you bought them!” To which I replied “I couldn’t get a word in because you were talking to your friend and didn’t even interact with your customer” I don’t know her name, but she has red hair, piercings, and looks like a goblin from Lord of the Rings. I love Cumbys, but the staff in this store have absolutely no clue what customer service is.
Very thankful for Curtis's help, he went above and beyond by helping me with taking my things to my car. Friendly staff all around.
Most times it's a great place to stop and grab what you need on the road. I go there about 5 times a week. Only had one issue and that was May 12, 2021 at around 12:05pm where I'd forgot my mask in the car. The cashier was very rude and disrespectful about about me not wearing one. Not politely asking once for me to take one from the counter be rudely demanding me to put one on. At that point I refused she took the items i was purchasing and removed them from the counter and told me "you can leave". Needless to say I will no longer be going to that store.
June 20, 2022 save yourself some time before you travel to this Cumby’s. I understand the labor shortage but when you are posted open 24 hours on the web and 5 AM to 10 PM on your doors yet at 6 AM you’re still not open You are disrespectful to your customers.
I stopped here to grab a few waters but for some reason my card that works perfectly everywhere else kept reading on the one scanner as having an "invalid pin" so I let two men cut in front of me while I downloaded smartpay again as I had just upgraded to a new phone and didn't have all of my apps re-downloaded yet. The second man in line asked the cashier to add my stuff to his and insisted he pay (I told him it was fine and I had smartpay anyways so he didn't have to) he wanted to pay still then she said "She can pay for her own." And he insisted again then she replied with "I have a different one rung up for her." So he asked her to delete it and scan the drinks to his and she seemed highly upset that he paid for my stuff and she left to the back without offering either of us bags or saying a word. Just so it's clear, it was the older (possibly middle aged) cashier with grey hair.
