Absolutely disgusting when you have an employee that is absolutely rude the minute my wife walks in the door. Then as my wife begins to leave She politely asked the lady who was cleaning the glass if she would like her to open the door herself or would she like her to wait. At this point The lady snidely and rudely commented back. "You're just going to have to wait until I am done". Its sad that people have to be this disgusting. The worst part is I would stop in five days a week every day after going to the gym at the works. I will never ever give this company nor this gas station my business ever again as long as you hire people like that. This is coming from a bartender who deals with all aspects of life, but when you're rude and you're a scumbag, it is what it is.

Company performs bait and switch illegal activity notified the clerk who did not honor listed shelf price even tho there was a stack of the same items I bought reported to the federal trade commission due to lack of concern shown by clerk when notified of the bait and switch. Do not come here.

This gas station is literally never open when I come here. I came today to exchange a propane tank. I arrived at 7:40. There was a handwritten sign on the door saying the business was closing at 8pm. The doors were already locked and the employee was just staring at all of the customers trying to get in the building through the dark, closed building. Extremely unprofessional. Claims to be open 24/7 but actually isn't. Can't ever get gas or snacks here. Tried to come here 2 Sundays ago around 7pm to get gas and drinks after travelling to see family; the business claimed to be open but it was locked up already. If you don't have the staff to stay open just shut down already or pay your employees a liveable wage.

This place is awesome! Employees are always helpful and friendly. It has quite a variety of drinks and food. Free items if you have the app and get discounts.

Cumberland farms is my usual destination for gasoline and road nesscities. Mostly friendly staff at this specific location. This can't be said for a few of the other Cumberland Farms stores in this area. Good coffee, decent junk food selection ( pizza slices , hotdog like items ( never tried), empanadas ( chicken and beef), and breakfast sandwiches. Prices are good. Also, a large selection of tobacco and nicotine pouch/vape products. I do, however, hope that a Cumberland Farms location I'll open closer to my home QTH ( location)

1-6-21. I think I just found my favorite Cumbies. Located just three miles from exit 9 on route 16.
This store is well stocked and manned by mask wearing staff. The coffee urns were all full at 230 pm and it’s delicious. Rest room was clean but a faucet was inop as well as soap dispenser. Overall store was very clean and well operated.

The people are nice but the hours are ludicrous. Everyday there's a different handwritten note on the door saying the random time they decided to close that day. Whoever owns this place, pick freaking hours or shut down. I've started going elsewhere cause I never know if they'll be open.

My opinion is that this Cumberland farms is way better than the one in berwick maine so I travel to Somersworth every morning and I'm always treated great everyone is pleasant and coffee is great. I'm back to edit this post because 3 times now they haven't opened at night and they dont post it so i waste a trip over there ..they need a better night shift..

The gas pumps never print receipt's. To have to wait in a long line because the pumps don't work correctly is nuts. Registers are always understaffed.
Not to mention the fact I tie up the pump well I'm waiting. Today they made me go back out to verify the amount. STUPID

Not open 24hrs then advertise your hours correctly. Even shell down the road is open, who should actually be closed. Must pay employees more.
