They don't take online orders!! They NEVER answer the phone!! Then, when you have to go in, when it's time to pay, they, they don't take coupon codes!?! WTAF!?! Food is usually good! But come on y'all, get with the program, start accepting online orders, answer the darn phone, & ESPECIALLY take the coupon codes!!!! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

All the ladies on that crew went above to exceed with making my order. They informed me as they did with other customers that the grill isn’t working today so any grilled options won’t be available. I asked for a Chicken teriyaki rice bowl. Even with the limitations of the grill being out of commission, they told me how they can still accommodate my order and how they’d make it if it was ok with me. Once my order was ready; they were very apologetic about the grill not working and they hope what they made is good and said they hope I come back again. Needless to say; I most definitely will be coming again; not just for the food but also for their genuine good customer service. My meal was absolutely delicious not only to my tastebuds but visually delicious as well. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

When you order a 100% real lobster sandwich as advertised and you pay $23 and something for half sandwich and you only get lettuce, lettuce, lettuce and at the end a layer of lobster, it's the same as throwing money away, it really is a hoax what they present in advertising and what one withdraws. Do not waste your money on the lobster rolls. I didn't mind paying the overpriced amount. I did mind that the rolls were 90% lettuce. What little lobster they serve was bland af. The clam chowder was also tasteless with very little clams. Do better people.

Why is they grill constantly not working? I figured I’d give them another chance. Guess what? Grill not working. Is it because it’s the weekend? From now on I think I will automatically go to Dennis. Why is this Dangelos closed!? This is very disappointing. I know there are other Dangelos in the area but the Barnstable location is the best! Very convenient and far and away the best food and staff. I'm not happy about this.

Huge mistake changing your opening time to 10 a.m. you just lost a good customer. The only reason I would go there was so I could get lunch before any other place serve lunch, seeing how I start work at midnight I'm ready for lunch by 9 a.m.

The sandwiches have been good when I went but the wait is super long and even when there’s not that many people waiting. I understand though that places are short staffed, just be prepared to wait and don’t go if you’re in a rush
