This is my 4th night in a row getting dp dough for dinner and let me tell you… EVERY item on the menu is amazing. I came in while Christina and Dakota were working and they are super friendly (which you rarely experience now a days). They also did a phenomenal job on my order. The store is clean and tidy which you don’t usually see in most food places now. Overall, this restaurant is a great place to order from and would most definitely suggest to others!! Had such a good lunch! The manager (her name started with a K) was so accommodating, kind, and she made sure to welcome us in! We didn’t know what to order so she recommended the roni rolls to us. Go to Mellow Mushroom instead of wasting your time and money here. The cashier didn’t say a single word to me the entire time. The food isn’t anything to brag about. If I wasn’t so hungry I probably wouldn’t have eaten it. Don’t even think about getting tater tots 🤢

I ordered for delivery around 2:14am it got here at 2:58am. My wings were cold and didn’t taste like lemon pepper, my dough balls tasted as if they sat for hours and my cheese sticks didn’t look like cheese sticks at all. Nothing was hot! Terrible place. If I could give this place a -5 review I would. Terrible service. Don’t go here and try to get their vegan cheese options. They will put regular cheese. Ordered with vegan cheese and put regular cheese on my order. When asked the manager said she put regular cheese and said to not eat at pizza places if there is a milk allergy, then why offer vegan cheese options? If you are looking for to get your order delivered from D.P. DOUGH do not. They are too lazy to actually hire drivers during the day, and won’t inform you that your order is cancelled until an hour after you already ordered. Not to mention I am paying $25 for a calzone delivery???? Way too over priced and awful customer service. One time my food was not even made, they didn’t contact me at all and just refunded the money a day later. I had a really nice experience at D.P. dough. My food was hot and ready and the manager and staff on the lunch shift were really nice. I had everything that I ordered in the bag and my food was served to me in a timely manner. Would give it 0 stars if I could. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and horrible food. Ordered a calzone and got it delivered and when it arrived it was so salty and peppery it was inedible. Was almost like somebody turned a salt and pepper shaker upside down on it. Called to tell them what happened and said that there was nothing they could do about it unless I came up there and exchanged it myself. Refused to redeliver it even though I paid them a delivery fee and hefty tip to deliver me a load of garbage. Definitely won’t order from this subpar establishment again. Pictures don’t do justice to how salty and peppery this pathetic excuse for a calzone was.
