Ordered banana split, pull up pay for it, lady took my money, gave change back, while girl making it was looking in book to see how to make it(totally understand) probably new, no biggy, but in meantime get asked by 2 other people if I had paid already then get the banana split and I get a " sorry the ice cream is melted, we just put it in the machine " why not just say hey sorry our ice cream machine is down for a little bit? If I wanted milk flavored with pineapples and syrup I'd go to Walmart. They were more worried it was paid for then the quality they were serving. I guess they don’t need masks? No social distancing, no masks for customers or employees.... blizzards where more candy then ice cream. Also they need an update badly.

I absolutely love the DQ in Woodward! They have great food and a great staff. I have been going there most of my 35 year life and have never had a bad experience. Try the XL chili cheese fries or a brownie earthquake blizzard! You will not be disappointed.

If you're a visual health nut then stay away. The restaurant doesn't look all that appealing on the inside. I recommend patients if you are going to eat here as well. I have gone three times now ;once at 2pm, at 3pm, and at 4pm. Every time it took me at least 15 minutes to get my food. I understand that isn't the worst time ever, but compared to the other franchise locations around town... I feel the game needs stepped up. The food is pretty good. Not quite "worth the wait" but it is definitely worth coming back to every once in a while. If you are someone stopping by this little city it wouldn't be something I recommended as there are "better" options. It isn't something I would steer you clear of either.
