Wow we got the hunger buster with cheese and fries and the new white chocolate mocha shake it was wonderful! So we went back and got their chicken and dumplings! It too was awesome!! I wish they would never take those off the menu!! And HEY there are some hard working people there and they all smiled at least once! We came at 10:15 am on a Saturday and just got ice creams and blizzards after my sons soccer game. Julie was quick and efficient. Everything seemed clean and maintained. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

This place has only gone down hill even more since it reopened. Totally pathetic, I guess high school students working there and with such attitude and no customer skills whatsoever. The food was absolutely horrible and at least my dogs liked it. I think this evening sealed the deal for me with this location. The drive thru young girl really needs some lessons in customer service for sure or go to a job where she might be happy. This is the worst service and food I've ever got from this location and I've had some bad experiences in it. The employee name on the receipt was Diego Z. Not sure if that's the young girls name at the window and the time on my receipt is 6:06:36 PM... Not a single car in the parking lot. Honestly just confused.. ordered one meal and two blizzards, sat in a spot for a long time waiting on it. Was brought MELTED blizzards… they were covered in ice cream. Asked for them to be remade with no whipped cream as requested… brought back new ones, covered in ice cream with whipped cream. (Didn’t turn either upside down I’d assume because they would fallen out of the cup) When I said something I was told “sorry” and she walked away…. I… yeah.. won’t be back. Just don’t eat here. Got takeaway from the drive-thru. While the food is great and the employees are pretty nice, there is ALWAYS a huge wait, even in the drive-thru. This seems to be constant amongst Dairy Queens, as I originally drove to the DQ in Westworth Village, and the drive-thru there was so backed up I drove to this one instead. Ordered Chicken Finger basket and when I got to the window I was asked to wait at spot #3 when the lady came out to ha d me my order she said "Steak Finger basket?" I told her no the chicken one, so she looked at the box. She looked up at me and said "Oh yeah, chicken" and hand me the box. It was steak fingers. There was nothing on the box. I Drive up tonight 9/28/23. The young girls inside looked at me, then looked at each other(high school thicker black chick and a Mexican chick, then ignored me, looked at each other and started doing a patty cake hand shake!! I’ve ran fast food drive thrus and restaurants Personally and managed corporations. This place is almost completely unorganized. I called them on the phone nobody answered. I waived for the manager and she came by the window…. Opened it nearly 9:45 and said the shake machines were broken and they closed early! She had at least 6-8 people in there. Also she said they closed because all she had was Highschool kids working! I’m SORRY! BUT THIS PLACE HAS THE FOOD AND NAME, BUT ITS A FREAKING JOKE! I won’t Go back there and NOW ALL OF US WILL TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! This is EXACTLY ONE OF THE REASONS OUR CITY CLOSED IT DOWN DUE TO LACK OF BUSINESS! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tried giving this place one more shot and they seem to have failed again!! Went through the drive thru tonight for some ice cream and one buger. Asked for the buger to have only mayo , cheese , bacon , apparently she only heard mayo, no mustard after telling her twice " how I wanted it made ", when my son realized his buger had everything on it, I brought it to the lady's attention that the buger was not made right. Another lady had the audacity to ask the one who took my order if that is how I order my buger, she quickly stated NO , as if I was lying. I made it very vocal too them both that I know how I wanted my buger and I know how I asked for it to be made when ordering it. I can not help that you did not pay attention, nor place my order correct. They seemed to have no care in the world nor an apology other than trying to fault me in how they made a mistake! After receiving the buger remade the bacon was not even cooked thoroughly. I HOPE THE OWNERS ACTUALLY READ THESE REVIEWS AND WORK ON BETTER TRAINING THEIR MANAGMENT AND EMPLOYEES. I also thought all BLIZZARDS are to be turned upside down maybe something has changed or they do not care , or let them sit to long being that there was a line of cars tonight.
