Incredibly polite, considerate, and accommodating as humanely as possible when given such short notice. I really appreciate all they did given the nature of the situation I had to secure a cake. Definitely love their mocha frappe cake. Never had anything like it before. Absolutely incredible team.
Of course, a Karen would give this place a one star but, we all know, not to take a Karen's word for it.

Had them make a dozen custom half-and-half flavored cupcakes for my wife's birthday in the likeness of our tuxedo colored Sheepadoodle dog.
When I went in to place the order, the staff was incredibly nice, patient and attentive to my vision (as well as the other customers in the store). The date we needed the cupcakes for was a month away, so I got some take-home cupcakes for the household and a brownie to get everyone hyped -- all of which tasted incredible!
When the day came, the cupcakes were ready on time, adorable, and tasted like wedding-quality deliciousness the likes of which I have never had. We got so many compliments and everyone who tried one loved the taste. Dangling Carrot Confections and its staff made what is usually a low-energy day into a dazzling, awesome memory because of their quality, innovation, and work ethic. We will definitely be back for our future baked art needs!

First time going and I wish I had found this place sooner. I got four cupcakes and a coffee, all were delicious. The cupcake designs were awesome and fancy, with a cute gingerbread man in one of them. The cupcakes were were moist and not crumbly at all. I'll be stopping by much more!
Update! I've so far ordered a cake, milkshakes, cake pops, and a croissant since they've added them to the menu officially and all are so good! They really put a lot of effort into their treats and it shows.

I took my kids here as a surprise and it was wonderful. Very friendly staff and fun flavors. The cupcakes are well balanced. Very sweet frosting paired well with less sweet cake. We all enjoyed our treats.

Dangling Carrot is, by far, my favorite stop for a sweet treat in all of Santa Clarita. They are actually on the other side of town for me, but I still choose them first because not only are their cupcakes absolutely delicious, but their customer service is easily one of the best I’ve ever experienced in my life! Everyone I’ve ever interacted with has been above and beyond kind, helpful, and accommodating. They really know how to make loyal customers.
**also - DEFINITELY try the hot cocoa bombs in the winter. They’re SUPER yummy!

Zero / One star. Although, it depends...if you are looking for a poor customer experience, Amateurly done specialty cakes, mediocre tasting confections, or unjustified high pricing...this place is exactly what you're looking for. Hope you find this review helpful.

Dangling Carrot Confections informed me they would be able to make a custom cake for me by a specific timeline for a bday party . I was going back and forth with an employee via email to discuss the details of the cake. I did not hear back from them after two days of discussions so I decided to call. They only then, told me they wouldn't be able to make my cake. Two or three days had gone by before they informed me of this and I had to contact them to be told that. I lost out on days of finding another bakery before my event . Horrible customer service and not reliable business.

These cupcakes where a crowd pleaser at a recent get together. The chocolate ones go great with a bold red wine and the kids smiles where great to see. Keep up the good work, these cupcakes are something to be proud of !!

I think they need to have different items on hand to sell. Quanity is important when you have a lovely display case. So people can really see what they can create! People will get excited!

This place definitely delivered a quality cake! It was absolutely beautiful and it tasted even better! We’re so glad we went through you guys! 5/5 for sure! ❤️
