We came here for my son’s birthday to play some games but decided to eat as well. Food was disappointing to say the least. Nachos 2/10- because the chips were so stale. We also ordered Parmesan Fries, Queso, Kid’s Pizza, Kid’s Mac n Cheese, Chicken Potstickers, and Wings. We enjoyed the wings but everything else was meh. However, their Watermelon Margarita was delicious! Service was great from the time we entered we were greeted by the hostess and seated right away. Our waitress was very attentive and prompt, so she made up for the disappointing food. But we were here to have fun playing games, which turned the experience around because the games were so much fun. They have a bigger variety of games compared to Fat Cat’s down the street. The games cater to older kids and adults, which is a plus for big families. Not gonna lie, the game cards are very pricey but worth it because of the big variety of games. They also have a better prize selection than their competitors. All in all, you should come to Dave and Buster’s to enjoy drinks and have fun playing games but definitely eat before hand. 😅 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We took our son for a small birthday party and were able to get 2 booths for everyone. The kids loved the games and getting fun toys! My son got a Himalayan salt lamp and he loves it! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've been there about 3 different times now. The food is awesome (mostly ordered appetizers)! The last time I went, we had already dropped a pretty penny on food, drink, and games. I was trying to get one more round from the bar and the bartender (name tag said Tortilla) completely failed to deliver. He was more interested in a conversation with his coworker, Mel, and they barely paused their conversation long enough for me to rattle off 3 drinks. Then, when it came to getting the check, it was nearly impossible. It wasn't even very busy. Tortilla told me several times as he passed me, "you're next." Then when he finally came back to cash me out, his register didn't work. So instead of going to another register to cash me out, he took several other drink orders and filled them while I waited. Then, passed me a couple more times to tell me "you're next." It took WAYYY too long to cash out when it truly was not busy. It was very disappointing and will be my lasting impression of this place. Very overpriced (games included) when this is the level of service you receive. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Overall a great experience however I did have an issue with the food, I ordered a burger that was supposed to come with pork belly however when it came it had none. I asked and found out that they ran out of it so they put some extra bacon on it, it only had like 3 pieces of bacon so not sure how extra that was. The manager and waiter was nice about it but I expected since it was more expensive then the burger with bacon they would discount it however they still charged full price so I was kinda disappointed about that situation. Other than that like many have said it's small but I thought it was ok for not having to drive far. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We came here 03/02/24 night, and noticed that our tickets weren't adding up like they should. We'd won a couple Jackpots, and knew the amount should have been higher. Upon checking the play record we noticed that a bunch of our tickets were not loaded on our card. We took the print out to management, and they said they'd give us only part of the tickets we knew we won because we couldn't prove the amount. I requested that they pull cameras, and they denied my request. They basically told me I needed to be grateful they were willing to give me anything at all. I'm not going to feel grateful for being screwed out of something I legitimately won, and the assertion that I should is, quite frankly, offensive. Price per person $50–100 Service: 1

A fun welcomed addition to the community. Good food, plenty of drink options, and a good variety of new games. Much better than having to drive an hour and back to Tempe. We had fun with plenty to do! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A nice little Dave and busters for the area. My biggest complaint is having opened a tab at the bar and buying a play card through the bar as they keep your card. When closing out, the entire bill of food, drinks, and play is totaled together, and you are expected to tip on the entire bill. Why am I tipping on a play card?! Tipping on food and drinks, yes, but being handed a play card & it added an additional $70 to my tab... no. My main Bartender was fine over all, however at one point I walked up to customers tossing a football to another Bartender, who missed and it hit me..not a word was spoken towards me, nor was I even addressed by her for my order, she only laughed grabbing the little ball and walking away. I had to walk to the other side to be acknowledged or served... Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We went for a date night with some friends. We ordered the garlic fries as an appetizer. They cost $10 and were maybe the size of a large fries at McDonald's. For dinner, my wife and I ordered the salmon and chicken wings with a Cesar salad. Our friends ordered wings and the Manchago chicken. The food took so long that the manager came out and apologized, stating they were waiting on the wings. They brought out only three of the entrees, with our friend waiting around another 5 minutes for his wings to come out. I never got my Cesar salad and had to ask again for it. That did not come out until after I was finishing the wings. The Cajun wings tasted like salt and butter while the Nashville hot tasted nothing of the sort. The size and cook of the wings, however, were very good. The real frustration came when paying for the bill. They bring a POS system to the table and have both bills on one. Our friends were charged $4 for soda water. Our friends tried to pay with a gift card for half their bill. When they did that, the server said they system cleared their whole bill. Then we went to pay. Our bill showed $48 dollars with another $40 being added for taxes. That's 83% tax. The server said the system just added the rest of the last bill to ours, and it just showed it as tax. That obviously did not make sense. When the manager came over, he explained that the system just didn't work well. When we just settled to pay the remaing bill, he left the table with our cards and came back with receipts which stated gratuity had already been included in the bill, which we had not added any gratuity, They just added it. Overall horrible dining experience. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
