Come for the games and food. Want service? Not there. It's not even in their mission statement which explains a lot. Lucas rude from the start, and the other staff not even wanting to help. I was walking to find a server and they all ran away from me. Diego, the manager, also avoids us. Maybe it is how they are trained, our server also gave me the wrong food item and claimed it to be what I ordered, also claiming he worked there for 4 years but when I looked at the receipt it was the wrong item. Maybe he needs 4 more years to get it right.

I’ve never had any problems when visiting here. Food has always been plentiful and the portions are big compared to other restaurants I’ve been to. They have good promotions for their arcade too. There are a good variety of games to keep everyone interested.

Variety of game machines but empty gift shops. Also I was here for the promo where you spend 20 dollars and you get 20 dollars game chips. I went to front desk to redeem and they said they can't scan any QR codes so I can't use the promo. She said the promo is good until March that I can come back and use it... but when are you guys gonna fix the scanner? I don't even live in this area. It was so unpleasant.

No issues with the food or atmosphere but the service here is absolutely atrocious and has been for months. Multiple times standing at the bar for 10 minutes waiting for one of the three bartenders to take my order who avoid eye contact at all costs when there is nobody else at the bar. Also, don't even try and contact them via phone. Spent the last hour trying to get a live person, using every possible option, and nobody picks up. The only one you get is corporate when you want to book a party of 20 or more, everything else is ignored.

Update: Went to the website and filled out the form per the reply from the business below. That was over a month ago and I have not heard from them.
Came here with a group of 15 for my wife's birthday. We had a great time until it was time to eat. I had made a reservation weeks in advance, so it wasn't like the large group was unexpected. Everyone's food took an extremely long time to come out, with some members of the group waiting over an hour for theirs. My wife ordered a salad and it still took an hour to get to her. We spoke with a manager who never apologized. He did say they would "take care of it" which I guess was discounting each bill by 0.20-0.40 cents. CENTS. It wasn't until those whose food took the longest spoke up about how they felt they shouldn't have to pay full price for a meal they waited this long for that 3 of the 15 meals were comped. I understand that things happen, but there was no accountability and no trying to make it right. This is just poor customer service. What should have been a fun day out for all was overshadowed by the very poor experience we all had while dining.
