Glad they have not changed since I was a kid. Service and food is still super consistent. Got 2 hot dogs, a plain one with red onions and chili. The other one I don’t remember the name but it had potatoes, chili and jalapeños. Bother we’re excellent. I appreciate that you can get them how you want. I only get my dogs grilled. Will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area.

Absolute staple in Morris county. They’ve been making great classic hotdogs and cheeseburgers for longer than I’ve been alive and I remember going here when I was little. Hotdogs are always great no matter how you get them but the specialty dogs are super professional. I recommend the Carolina dog (loaded with coleslaw and chili) the buster dog (loaded with chili, fries , and cheese sauce) and the Chicago dog ( chopped tomato , jalapeño, relish , onion , and pickles) , French fries are fresh and so crispy. They also do bagels, breakfasts sandwiches and wraps , cheesesteaks , burgers , salads , and soups.

If you’re looking for Quick Check quality food then you’re in the wrong place. This place has solid wieners if you’re looking for some! Personally, I love jamming these bad boys down my throat in one bite and seeing if I’ll choke (thanks uncle Alvin for teaching me not to). Great food, great wieners, great service.

Davys Dogs has got to be one of the best hot dog spots I’ve ever eaten at. As a huge hot dog enthusiast, not all hot dogs are created equal, but Davys Dogs have something that the other places don’t and that’s history and pride in serving AMAZING food to the local community.
The service, atmosphere, staff and overall experience were nothing short of excellent!

Walked in and was greeted by the man himself. What a great guy. Asked where we were from and gave us the history of the restaurant and his family. Visiting from NC and wanted to try a local place. This did not disappoint at all. Great service and amazing food. Even went above and beyond by offering us some free sides to try. Will be back when in town again!

Great Hot dogs! Jersey style! spicy mustard to thank goodness! very cool shop drive thru and eat in and take out. Service was a lil down but I had plenty of time as I was in the hotel next door. But they did apologize and say they are short staffed (who isn't in this Biden economy?) But the wait was worth it! I was not a fan of the burger it's self but that yummy jersey kaiser roll and bacon as well as the other toppings all fresh snd yummy. It's def worth a visit. I'm going hot dogs all the way next visit!

Best hot dog in the great state of NJ, a must stop if you’re in the area. Incredible and unique specialty dogs, breakfast all day, and most importantly the best service you can find - staff is always friendly and accommodating.
