I walked in and sat down. Four people at the bar. Bartender (lady) was talking with another customer. That's fine, no 'welcome', no 'I'll be with you in a moment'. That's fine it is what it is. She continues talking I'm sitting at the bar for about 10 minutes. I start to try and get her attention but it seems her conversation is more important. I decided at this point to leave and instead of a 'have a good evening' I got a dirty look. I got there early compared to the 15 other people I was bringing so I decided that there was no reason to waste there time coming there. We went to Tiburon Tavern instead. It was way better. No point wasting your time going here. I have been here 10-15 time in the past and there has always been an issue. Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Friendly little dive bar. Right across the street from handlebar on de la vine. Hence the name! The bartenders are very nice and it only takes a few visits to be seen as a regular. Most of the people there are pretty funny. Pricing is solid and it’s a pretty comfortable place. I’m a big fan of the music and plenty booze free beverages if you’re the DD. This is an unexpected nice gem. Price per person $10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent neighborhood bar. Katie is an awesome bartender. Great prices, friendly patrons. We were only in town for a short time but they made us feel like regulars.

Best Dive bar in Santa Barbara! Way above excellent friendly home town service, they go out of the way to make you happy! And ever..one is really happy because this place has the best vibes! Check it out because you won't be disappointed!! =)The staff truly cares about their patrons local & non-local. Hard to find these days!! Just remodeled and the cleanest bar per inspectors for you Oc'drs.....This bar takes pride as it's locally owned! Support your small businesses! I would've taken pictures but I was having too much fun chatting with the friendly folks =)

Nice lounge bar. They have a good selection of beers and a couple of pools. It is quite normal to find people here plying snooker and you can play on turns. The bar is not too big and the music normally is very nice. They have a small patio on the back where to smoke and have a bit of fresh air.

A lovely little dive bar (my favorite kind of bar). Free pool, crazy strong drinks for a great price, decent beer selection. Bartenders are friendly. And it's right across the street from a sushi place, so the location is perfect too!
