I am so disappointed and frustrated with the poor service I received today, I'm a regular client if Debonairs dayizenze, I placed an order online 09h30, I received no confirmation call, I had to call the store 30 minutes later to check if they received my order, only to be told they are doing spring cleaning and did not notice they had am order, I received my order almost two hours later with a raw gumy dough!

Im very much disappointed with derbonairs, 30 June 2023 I placed a order online it was 18:00 they then sent me a message that my order is ready for collection, I drove to dayizenza restaurant to collect, when I arrived it was 18:54 they said my order is not ready and they are closing already due to loadshedding, because I was hungry, I had to drive to hazyview derbonairs with another petrol.
