We ordered pickup for our kids to make it quicker and my husband waited inside for 25 minutes watching drive thru orders go in and out of the drive thru. He asked multiple times if it was ready and they kept saying they are working on it. The food was cold in the bag. Don't know how you wait 25 minutes for a pickup order that is cold and fast food? This location has always been SUPER slow compared to any other Del Tacos. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Apparently no one knows how to pick up the phone. I get that if you guys are busy but it’s simple to pick up the phone and hold it to your ear with your shoulder while doing whatever it is that you were doing. I know cause I’ve done it when working fast food. It’s not hard to pick up the phone. And it’s not just one time no it’s whenever I call. Service: 1

I don't know what happened. I rarely eat inside FF places. But I enjoyed eating inside this Del Taco. You ask why? Well, because it "played" Oldies. (Like Motown style). I went in today, and it was all country music. I don't mind a variety of music, not just one kind. I guess it drive thru for me. I’m SO disappointed with this location. I was heading to Del Taco after ain’t day and online it said that closed at 1am. The lights were on when I got there at 12:15am but as soon as I pulled into the drive thru they turned off. I pulled up anyway and someone started to take my order but then stopped abruptly and that was that. I’ve never ever even considered leaving a bad review anywhere but I guess there’s a first for everything because I sure am disappointed as a customer. Will not be coming again. Service: 1

We didn’t eat there, but they were busy and we placed a VERY large, customized order…Our order was 100% correct, we got our food quickly, and everything was fresh and hot. I think for the price it's a great deal.
