This location used to be good I would come here for occasional lunch breaks. Then the food became worse and my orders always got mixed up. I usually get something with chicken and 2x I got sick and stopped coming. First time thought it was a fluke; second time not so much. Nice people just food and getting my order correct not so much. Unfortunately too I have been overcharged on a few occasions not enough to go back but still frustrating. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Strike 4, I'm out! Each time I go, the service gets slower, and they don't want to seem to do anything about it. I was second in line at the drive-thru, and I waited over 15 minutes before the car in front of me finished ordering. I asked what took so long, he said he had customers in the dining room. Funny, when I drove by the front of the store, there was no one there and the parking lot was pretty empty!? Ultimately, they almost got my order right, but what pushed it over the edge was the bag had about 30 packets of hot sauce when I asked for none. I did ask for more napkins because they only gave me 1. He acted like he had to go out of his way to find another few napkins. They have a lot to learn about customer service, but not on my time. I have really come to LOVE Del Taco! They have the BEST Strawberry Shakes on the Planet, AND they have Large enough straws that we can thoroughly ENJOY them too! The food is good and I have always had really kind people helping me. I usually use the drive through and that has always been really fast. So, they are doing a great job helping us get great food, with the correct flatware, in a speedy and kind way. NICE! First time visiting and i got severe food poisoning. Called them up and they snarkily told me I was the only person to report this. Um....that's not the point? I'm going to sound like an A hole here and I don't mean to be. However If I can make a suggestion that they please don't have people taking orders at the drive in that barely speak and/or understand English. I'm not against any race but if they can barely understand me and I can barely understand them, then I keep getting the wrong order. I love this Del Taco and the people are very nice but there is a language barrier at the most important part of the drive through. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We went there last night at 11:00 p.m, disappointed the Taco Bell was closed. Luckily, this was open. We ordered, but we confused ourselves, and accidentally ordered less tacos than we wanted. The lady at the window was super Nice and kindly explained what went wrong. She let us get her tacos and pay for them at the window, and sent us away with a smile and a lot of sauces. Overall a great experience! Way cheaper than Taco Bell too, for arguably fresher tasting food. Apparently they're open 24 hours and "their system goes down every day" at every Del Taco in the 3 and 4 o'clock hours preventing them from taking orders. This is obviously a lie as I have eaten many times at Del Taco in the early hours of the morning. I can't believe so many of their employees are so lazy but they make up wild excuses to not serve customers. It's quite pathetic. Service: 1

This would get a 5 star rating but there is nothing Del Taco can do to improve the taste of their food, haha! It is average and will suffice on Taco Tuesday or in a pinch. I do enjoy the flavor of their mild sauce. The restaurant itself is always clean. The staff is always friendly and they’ve never gotten our order wrong yet. My kids enjoy the small play place. It is a favorite of my wife’s and I to take the kids on Tuesday so as to feed our family of 8 for less than $15, allow them to play a bit and avoid making a mess at home for supper. We will continue to frequent the restaurant for this reason, but as previously stated, the food is average. Nothing to write home about.

We love Del Taco. When you are traveling and need a quick bite, this is a great stop. We especially love the crinkle cut fries. The one thing I wish they had would be little cups for your ketchup.
