First time trying out this little deli shop in town and wow the sandwich I had was amazing! The customer service was on point and I did not feel rushed what so ever. Seems to be the same theme here, almost every review says they give you only one slice of meat and sure enough my mom goes in to buy and sandwich and it only had one slice of meat. Not going by the corporate standards!! Food: 1

Ordered online so I wouldn't have to go in person. Should of just gone in. Wanted sprout got none whats so ever and online it ask what type of drink do you want well maybe it should be updated with what they have on hand and for $14 you can at least make my order right. Ordered a Turkey and Bacon sandwich and they l only out one slice of Bacon and one slice of Turkey meat. Is this a joke? How are you going to charge $10 for a medium sandwich and not even put any meat on it. Never returning here again.

Walked in no one in front waited a few minutes said hello waited 5 min no ever came out. Wouldn't reccomend if you are on a time budget Service: 1
Placed a 40$ delivery order and never received my food. Called the store and they said "it's out of their hands". I asked for a refund and they stated that "Its on my end to take care of". As I was sitting on the phone outside of the restaurant the employees were laughing and making unpleasant faces as I was re ordering my food. This whole ordeal took over an hour. I placed my order @548pm and didn't receive my food I had to pay for again until 700pm. Terrible customer service and terrible employees with terrible attitudes.
I’m not one to write reviews or complain. But. I went there today 7/1/21. Phone order. Went to pick up my order both young men very nice well groomed and the store looked nice and clean. The problem when we got home and opened our sandwiches there was so little meat we had a hard time telling the ham from the pastrami. I’m total serious when I say each sandwich had a couple of very thin slices of meat. Total cost $29.20 way to much for no meat.

I walked in and seen a clean place.I had two skinny white gentlemen ask me how I was doing and what'd I'd like to eat. The observance they had towards my meal and myself was.. sensational. I had never been in an establishment where I was met with such etiquette, and I have ate far and wide. Thank you to the long haired almost caveman-esque servers who made not only my day but my week. 10 STARS!
Very upset with our service a couple of weekends ago. We ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 order of fries and 1 order of sweet potato fries and 3 drinks. When we placed the order the gentleman was charging us more than what the menu stated. I asked him why was he doing that he said that they changed their prices...seems suspicious to me ur menu should reflect ur prices. My husband and I ordered a lettuce wrap and we asked for everything on the sandwiches. We didn’t get everything. Mind you, there was very little meat and sloppy presentation. We ordered sweet potato fries and an order of regular fries. We asked for full orders of each my son got a full order and we only got half. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. He told me that’s how the fries come. Sorry but I go to the Visalia store all the time and always order the same thing and my fries were definitely half order but he charged me for a full order. We spent $50 and worst experience ever. I called corporate office and they said that the franchise owners would be calling me and it’s been 3 weeks and they still can’t call me. I feel like we were ripped off and will not be visiting that location again.
