Delicias Margot was one of the best restaurants we tried in Panama! This place is as authentic Panamanian as you can get! They use traditional cooking methods and cook the most traditional food! Everything our team tried was incredible! The service and atmosphere were also incredible!

Outstanding food at a low price. Great service. They even gave us a free taste of their "chicharon" or fried pork skin. The chicken was fresh and local. The pork was superb. The flan was excellent. A must visit place.
It's a fonda, so for the price, good food, service, etc. I prefer the lunch menu, but the breakfast is traditional Panamanian, so if that's your thing you will like it.

This place, for the past year, has been slowly going down hill for breakfast. I normally stop there about 8 am, on my way to Panama city. Today, it was just another sad "greasería" on the side of the highway.
The availability of "frituras", such as empanadas, carimañolas, hojaldres, and chicharrones, in the mornings, is almost none. They are not keeping up with the denand, so you see several empty trays where the frituras used to be.
Fruit drinks, such as maracuya are spordic now. And the amount of dripping greasy food is frightful.
I cannot recommend, with a clear heart, this place any more.
I will give it two more tries after today for them to get their act together. After that, I will give Delicias Margot - Coronado a bad rating, and will not bring customers there any more.
