DeSano Pizza Bakery is a yummy find in the Charleston airport! We had a decent amount of time before our flight headed out, and needed some grub. We love pizza and wanted to give DeSano Pizza Bakery a try. It was a great experience from the order to the wait, and the pizza tasted really good! If you are looking for some good food in the Charleston airport, don't stop off at the first place you see! Take a little stroll down to gate B6 and have a yummy pizza! The margarita had nice pieces of garlic, a crispy thin crust and really hit the spot. I always personally want more tomato sauce but I bet the other flavors would have more too! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service was good and the quality was surprisingly good for airport food. I ordered the Formaggio callzone. It was filling with an appropriate amount of filling. It wasn't overly greasy and the dough was chewy with a light char and crunch. The dipping sauce was also higher quality than expected, and I could see garlic chunks in it. It was a bit expensive, but that's expected for the airport. The service was also fast, and I my food within 5-10 minutes. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Wow! This is excellent pizza! Not just for an airport restaurant, but for any locale! However, when traveling alone, you’re going to wish you had a travel partner to share this pizza with — the personal pizza size is huge!!! The Nepolentana (broccoli and sausage) is a must try!

Good pizza! They are very big, too much for just 1 person. The menu is limited but they had our food ready 15min after ordering!

Two ovens and one guy working them. Waited over 25 minutes for a pizza. Once you do get it, the pizza is quite decent. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Amazingly friendly staff from the front to the people making the pizza. Is it expensive? Of course it’s the airport, what do you expect. The pizza is quite delicious, I really enjoyed it. Not much on this side of the airport but I would pick here to eat.

The Diavola was the standout for our group… perfect spicy was. The crust on all of the pizzas we had was perfect! Crispy but not too much. The flavors all were well balanced.
