Many visitors come to try perfectly cooked tamales. Good tres leches cakes are the best dishes. The nice staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Disappointing service is something that people don't like at this restaurant. Prices are attractive for the quality you get. But Diaz Bakery and Tortilleria is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

I love their sweet bread! The carnitas are also good. I wish they still made tortillas. I haven't found a place that makes fresh tortillas in Fort Smith yet.

Exceptional tamales! Really good selection of bakery goods. Nicely filled churros. Service was good. Prices reasonable. Found my new favorite bakery!

My first visit was today. The freshly baked goods smelled awesome. Nobody in the building spoke English. I was able to find out that tortillas are made on Saturdays. Today is Friday. Sure enough, there wasn't a single tortilla in the place.

Gotta be one of the best bakeries I've visited. Lots to choose from, and I love the setup; grab a tray and tongs at the door, then you can walk around and look at everything and take your time choosing. Quality of the food is excellent, especially for so cheap

I had a craving for pan dulce sonic decided to stop here. I ended up getting 2 small loaf 2 tres leches cakes and pan dulce.i got home and that tres leches cake was rotten spoiled it tasted nasty and sour.not to .mention dint even touch the pastries. I was sick to my stomach got to looking at the cake and it had green web at the edges 🤮 Small cakes were already premade Los pasteles tres leches estan malos con verde y hacen mal.

Horrible service, will never go there again. Girl in front pulled out a racks of freshly made bread and when I tried to purchase some she said no. She referred me to buy what was on the floor. I decided to leave and as I was leaving she walked over to place that fresh bread on the main floor.

Good selection, great prices, friendly staff! Pastries I've had were delicious - can't wait to try the tres leches cake because it looks so nice!!

I bought a Tres Leche Cake that was already pre-made on my father-in-law birthday. The Tres leche cake tasted rotten and doesn’t have a date of when it was made. Nobody in the building knows any English. Never again.

My favorite bakery in town! I love speaking spanish to order but they do soeak english. The food is amazing and so are tge prices!
