The croissant was so good!! Chocolate and latte average. The place was very chill and relax. Suitable to go and do your work or just chillin’. Will I come again? Yes for the croissant 🤎

Basically the bakery arm of Cafe Diem which is literally opposite them. After being impressed in my last visit to Cafe Diem. I decided to try this out as well and I have to be honest, the food was subpar as in the 2 choux pastries was dry as in biscuit dry. The Paris Brest and Choux Puff looked good but unfortunately besides the dry choux, both cream filling lacked flavour. Tasted more like plain fresh cream. Luckily the coffee and soda didn't disappoint. Coffee (this round Mocha) is aromatic and smooth and Peach Soda was just refreshing. I hope they look into their choux pastries as they charge a premium but fail to live up to the quality. Overall I highly recommend the drinks and for the environment (back of the bakery is the famed river) but can't say the same for the pastries.
Please convince me why this shop sells good bakery ?
I believe the cronut with cream is pretty disappointing. Especially it is so small in size. It is dry and hard to chew. I believe the leftover cronuts are not fresh anymore on the counter. For a recommendation, please come to Penang and have a try on 65C Ondo’s cronut. It will blow your mind over this mediocre cronut. Rate this 2/10
Signature coffee is good and thick but not the coco coffee.
The pistachio brownie is good but it is slightly a bit dry. But to compare this with the cronut. 6/10
Come again ?
Not for the bakery but for the coffee

Paris Brest
Located in the back alley of the area. It's a lovely place to have brunch. Food is good and service is excellent. Croissant sandwich was nice and so was their Paris Brest (something like cream puff) which wasn't overly sweet. They even gave me their macarons to sample when i asked them about it.
Passed by this bakery shop only realised you can dine in, so decided to have my afternoon coffee here. Ordered a cappuccino which has to be send from the ‘mother’ shop accross the road.
The cappuccino was great, so were the pastries. The Paris Brest suited my taste bud well, not too sweet nor too creamy, paired so well with coffee.
Take away some sourdough bread, cinnamon roll, Vietnamese bun and Tiramisu coz can’t try all at once. The Tiramisu was one of the best I have tasted so far in town.
Parking is a hassle, I was lucky to find a parking after 2 turns.
3.8/5 for Croissant.
Subtle buttery flavor that doesnt make you feel it it is too much, but enough to create honeycomb interior. Crispy exterior but not too flaky that will make a mess when you cut into it. Overall just lack of flavor.
Standard kopitiam coffee.
They actually share the same menu as the Cafe Diem across the street. Pastries are made fresh daily in the bakery. The service is good, and so are the pastries.
