I wanted a fun, unique cake for my birthday this year. My mom contacted Dillons, sent them a picture and the result was amazing! I was shocked at how well it turned out! It tasted delicious too, but honestly, I didn’t even care how it tasted, it was almost too perfect to cut! I don’t know the baker/cake decorators name or I would give her personal recognition, but I will just say, I can’t recommend them enough!

This Dillons was very clean and well stocked. It has a large variety of products and nice wide aisles. An older employee was very helpful in assisting me with getting a good ham.

Customer Service in this Dillon store provide horrible service. Today I bought two lottery tickets from customer service. The female representative who wear face mask did wrong for both tickets. First I only plan to buy one ticket with number i want to pick. But she quickly printed out the Megan ticket with auto selected number without asking me. Then I told her since I didn't pick up number for that ticket, I would buy another ticket with Power Ball with numbers I picked. After she printed out tickets, and I paid for them. I realized second ticket is still Megan, not Power Ball. I tried to tell her. But she kept denied what I said. I asked for her manager. I didn't know what she told her manager. Her manager look mad and walked to me. I tried to tell him what happened. He complaint that my voice is loud. I said that my loud voice didn't make her to hear what I said. I tried to tell her what I said, but she kept denied what I said and she made mistakes on both tickets I bought. End up the manager switched one ticket to Power Ball. I just felt that the female representative made mistake on both my lottery tickets I bought, and the manager didn't apologize that, but critics my voice.

It's a nice grocery store. Dillions It has everything you could need. I prefer different dillions. The workers are nice for the most part. They do have a gas station at this location.

I am surprised that they have Japanese bowl and sushi. And btw I have to give credit for Dillons to include cooling packets inside the fruit boxes. They are not cheap but worth it as they keep them fresh. Walmart does not have cooling packets inside fruit boxes, quite often they turned bad when I get home. So if you wanna get fruit boxes, go to Dillons.

Normal shopping trip had no problems during shopping. Did have issues with sales not processing thru at checkout and had a cart power lock at the threshold inside the store. Felt terrible for my husband who was walking and plowed into the smaller cart without warning. Not sure it was worth the hassle for a dessert for dinner tonight.

Checking out. 1 one register has a cashier the other six were self checkouts and the lubes were very long on a Friday at 11a.m.

20 minute wait in line for prescription service. Coupons on products in aisles don't scan correctly. Chip reader at checkout doesn't work. They quit carrying many products that other Dillon's stores in the area still carry. Bad management for last 2 years. Go to 21st And Fairlawn Dillons.
