This was our first time eating at Dinks BBQ. It was fantastic!!! My wife and both had the ribs and brisket...let me tell you what; tender, tender, fork tender!!! The meat was fresh right out of the smoker and the curley fries were outstanding. The place was very clean and inviting, and our server was friendly. The owner came out to greet us and make sure we were satisfied. We will go back on our next trip to Bartlesville

Always my go-to spot in Northwest Arkansas. The AMERICAN dip is spectacular.

Not stellar but better than average. Always a line for lunch so arrive early and beat the rush. I do like their bbq sauces. Between the national chains like Famous Dave's and Dickeys and the home grown places like Ribhouse and Whole Hog Cafe, it's right in between.

The ribs here are EXTREMELY salty. After about two bites my family and I were done with them. They put green peppers or something in the beans which was weird. They also gave us one corn cob for a family of three that was most likely 5-6 inches. The only things that was good was the bread.
As for service, a woman that was working there was training a trainee while taking our order and she was putting our order in but didn't even know how herself due to the fact she was getting frustrated and took 5-10 minutes. It wasn't a good experience.

The good is great, but what's up with all the ceiling fans! It's like a hurricane in there. Napkins are literally blowing off the table. Good luck keeping your food warm.

We thought this place was very good! Barbeque and brisket very tasty. Potato salad and fried okra yummy. Relaxing place to be on a Friday night if you need to wind down!

Average is the word. Not bad. Not a stand out. Prices are a little steep for the quality. This is not fall-off-the-bone spectacular. Keep on moving if you're looking for above average.

This is a more commercial BBQ joint. I think the food is yummy, however not the best. It is a nice place to eat. Definitely worth a try.

I love Dinks, but I'm really leaving this review to say that (at least as of today...not sure if it will ever change) the Bentonville, AR location is only open until 8 pm, not 9 pm...the...um..."reason" I was given when I asked why the internet says they are open until 9 pm is that "the Bartlesville location is open until 9" and they "share a website so there is not much they can do about that" -- I think that is the silliest thing I've ever heard, but I still love the food so..whatever...

Really great bbq and curly fries and apple cobbler at a great price. Service excellent.
