I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say, it's a great spot for those looking for good food without breaking the bank. The prices were quite reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. Went here 2 times. A nice setting and friendly waiters. Rose wine very nice. Basket of bread. Had beef medallions in mushroom sauce with fries. Plus beef steak with fries. Portions are huge. 3 big medallions and also if you get chicken like i did the 1st night you get 3 portions. Tinned mushrooms by the looks and veg. We had dinner here on our last night in Kotor with some friends and the service, food and atmosphere was excellent. Local cuisine, very large portions of high quality food. Very tasty food for good prices in this area. No view on the sea but the restaurant is still full on weekdays which speaks for the quality! Big size portion! Visited there couple times for breakfast and couple times for dinner. Not sure is their main chef there now that its off season but breakfast omelettes/eggs they dont know how to make. Omelette, sunny side and scrambled were just.. well not made as they should have been. Dinner was better and cevapis/sausages were delicous! Steaks on the other hand were very well done/dry so not particularly my taste. Prices were reasonable especially when you consider portition sizes so if your not that picky with your meals and you value size more. Go for it! Ps. Tartare sauce was also good! I should start with the service because it was super attentive. Since the moment we entered till we left, waiters were very quick to notice if we needed something and they did it without making us feel uncomfortable. As for food, we ordered teleća soup, pljeskavica with kajmak, šopska salata and lemonade. Pljeskavica (meat cutlet) came in a really big portion that could satisfy two people. In general, portions were big and prices were normal for a touristic city. The atmosphere was also very nice as there's dark shade (after all the day in the sun, it is a relief) and nice music was playing which didn't interrupt with the conversation. On a été dupés par les avis positifs de ce restaurant. "Restaurant digne d'un gastronomique" ... Il faut pas en avoir connu pour oser dire cela. La PIRE expérience du Monténégro (et croyez moi que niveau restaurant, il y en a de la concurrence) Pour commencer, on arrive, un serveur nous invite à nous installer sur une table dont la nappe est sale et n'a pas été changée après les clients précédents. OK, on serre les dents et on espère qu'ils font pas pareil avec les assiettes. Le serveur arrive avec les cartes dont une carte des vins plastifiée collante et salle. Le serveur nous dresse la table et pose les serviette à l'aide de fourchettes en guise de pince pour ne pas toucher la serviette (ironique vu l'état de la nappe !) On commande nos plats et quelques minutes plus tard... Un cafard tombe du plafond sur notre table et avec la panique on le dégage par terre. Je vais chercher le serveur et lui dit qu'il y a un cafard et qu'il était sur notre table. Il dit "Oh this.." : il l'écrase avec le pied et shoot dedans pour qu'il soit au fond de la "salle". Ébahis. On espère des excuses ou qu'il nous propose de changer de table... RIEN. La bête nous accompagnera, agonisant, tout au long de notre repas. Nos plats arrivent et bon... Que dire... C'était insipide. Je me force à manger mes calamars grillés et mon conjoint fait de son mieux avec son steak pour avoir quelque chose dans le ventre et on s'en va.
