Aside from the unfriendly middle- aged Hispanic woman working at the front counter, the banana pound cake I bought, was stale and tasted like it was left out to dry out. There were also bananas cooked into the cake that tasted like we were chewing on chewy plastic discs. Gross! The young girls who work there are always nice, but this was it for us. After the recent stale red velvet cupcakes and now this, we’ll just hit up Rolling Pin in Stony Brook while we’re over in that direction. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am a regular customer of Dolci Momenti. The baked goods here are delicious so I gave them 3 stars for that. My problem happened today at 6:50. I see a tri colored cake and asked for it by name, "I'll take that tri colored cake." Upon looking at a cake that has tri colored cookie on the top and the outside, one would assume this is a tri colored cookie cake. It even fooled the worker. The worker couldn't even tell this was a plain chocolate cake with a strawberry buttercream filling. I paid $25 for a cake I thought was tri colored cookie cake but it's a chocolate cake. Who covers a chocolate cake with tri colored cookies? I bought it because it was supposed to be a different cake.

Just happened to stop by here when I was in need of an iced coffee for the drive back to the city. Ordered an iced latte which was excellent and pleasantly surprised to discover that the ice cubes were also made of coffee - such a thoughtful touch. The staff that was working today were warm and welcoming. Will be saving this a favorite - bummed I didn’t try the baked goods. Will absolutely be coming back!

My husband purchases 2 cakes for me and my sons birthday this past weekend. The rainbow cookie cake is so confusing as we thought it would he an actual rainbow cookie cake but the inside is chocolate and strawberry buttercream icing??? Everyone was expecting a rainbow cookie cake and were confused about the inside as we were too. The cannoli cake was great. Honestly the "rainbow cookie" cake was so delicious too although not what we expected and both were very fresh and reasonably priced. A little under $50.00 for both cakes

A dozen donuts under $20, I will never go back to Dunkin’ Donuts again. The Boston Cream donuts are to die for. The rest are pretty spectacular as well.
