Their coffee is decent but not consistent taste and it’s the only choice available in Royal hospital but their food is good and a lot of choices available!

Fish and Chips as well as Mushroom soup are really good. Good coffee as well. Nicely locates. Good place to work as well

Located inside Royal Bahrain hospital ground floor.
Dome cafe offers some nice coffe.
Service is good and the coffee tastes nice.
Tried expresski caramel crunch and its yum 😋

They didn't have strawberry or vanilla milkshakes. Seems like they never have what you want. Quite disappointing.

The service is zero, very bad.
Ordered and paid for a large coffee and the staff accepted the order. When received it was a tiny cup for BD 2.2 so I informed the staff that I ordered a large cup. The staff replied that this is the only size we have so I asked if this response was supposed to be brought up to me at the time of placing the order and payment or after since I requested for a large cup. The staff was blank and had no response.
Good deal
If the staff are not interested in serving the customers properly then they shouldn’t be serving at all

Fresh juices, sandwiches and fries is all I tried and I am satisfied! Plus the staff were very friendly and cheerful! I highly recommend this place!

I love their pumpkin soup and sandwiches! Their food is a bit on the pricy side but taste good!

Right outside of base, easy to get to, has good food and is great for lunch or brunch. Definitely worth checking out if you are here.
